Reviewed By Katalina92Breakfast was incredible and delicious! costumer service was incredible, very warm people and they always had an smile in their faces just to help you with commendations or anything else! Hardly recommended nor just for couples, I was there with friends and it was really good!

A nice guesthouse
Reviewed By globalhelpswapThis is a nice guesthouse to stay for a couple of nights. It is close to the station and everything else. The family who runs it are lovely and it is always nice to see where your money is going. The place is super clean and there is free breakfast too.

Beautiful budget hotel, newly built with a charming colonial style. The rooms have a minimalist decoration but are comfortable, pleasant and offer all the basic services and necessary privacy in a delightful micro climate that is neither cold nor hot, in a quiet environment of a beautiful city of cobbled streets and colonial touch.

Owner called police for breaking toilet seat
Reviewed By CleoF114In Feb 2019 we visited this hotel. All went well until the last morning. I accidentally broke a toilet seat and I was honest enough to tell them. The owner then told me I should pay for it (150.000 COP = 50 USD) or else she would call the police. She started threatening us and was taking pictures of our rental car. I cannot believe this bad service even exists. Threatening your guests by calling the police for a damage that can happen to anybody? A very crazy owner. I don’t recommend this place at all. Above that, there are ants in the bathroom, there is no hairdryer and it’s rather far from the center.

Great weekend!
Reviewed By MJRBennettThis place is perfect for couples or families even with pets looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful and unique Hacienda just minutes by car from main square. Our Room was very clean & warm with super comfy bed, en suite toilet with hot a shower. The hosts were awesome at always making us feel comfortable, from coffee in the morning to our room to having the fire place ready for a before bed wine. Thank you Monica and Pete.
