We loved the rooms, swimming pools, jacuzzis, restaurant and activities that the hotel and Colsubsidio prepared for the guests. Reviewed By Katalina92Breakfast was incredible and delicious! costumer service was incredible, very warm people and they always had an smile in their faces just to help you with commendations or anything else! Hardly recommended nor just for couples, I was there with friends and it was really good!

The service was great, they recommended excellent restaurants as well. Definitely, the place to stay if you want comfort at an affordable price

Really unhelpful front desk staff
Reviewed By Andrew MThe Hotel is clean and tidy. The issue is the front desk. Yesterday my wife called for some ice for the room and was told it would be sent. Half an hour later she called again asking where the ice was, only to be told the hotel had no ice. When we we were leaving for a meal later that evening the staff then told us, that the hotel did have ice but it was not for guests. We then asked for reception to call us a taxi. the first receptionist said yes she would call, only for a second receptionist to overrule he and say no. My wife & I then waled into the street to hail a taxi in the rain. This is to what I expect from a Best Western Brand. I am English & my wife is Colombian. I have never been treated like this before even in a lower star rating hotel. Incidentally my profession is building hotels & resorts. The front desk staff need to be trained correctly as they are the face of the brand. I would certainly not recommend this hotel

Reviewed By jwhitehouseBooked through tour company after my research. Had no issues. Room clean and very spacious. Very good hot water in shower. Room 2 above reception. 6 blocks to square. We did not use spa. Breakfast very well served and nice inside or outside. Staff seemed supportive.

One of the best small hotel visited in the area
Reviewed By Carlos GNever expected such a nice,clean, confortable,and friendly staff hotel. Room is above average in size, king bed, confortable and extremely clean bathroom and almost new bathroom towels. The service, the friendly staff and the breakfast is above the average too. We were to stay for two nights, but we were filling so good that stayed another night. The room rate was better than expected and a magnificent breakfast included. The hotel small restaurant was always open until 10 PM, and despite the small menu, it included what any bigger restaurant have. Food was fresh, well cooked and served. We will recommend the hotel for a couple, family and friend. It is a repeat for us , if in the area in the future.

Reviewed By GabyltThe hotel is conveniently located 2 blocks away from the main plaza. We got a front facing room which conserved some charm from antique buildings with a closed balcony and vaulted ceiling. The room was very nice sized, the bathroom had both a shower and a tub and lots of natural light. Everything was very clean, although I could do without the shaggy rugs I feel are not as sanitary. The hotel is very spacious and well maintained and has an indoor pool and restaurant. Check-in was quick. Not so positive things to consider: -It is a bit noisy and you can hear everything happening in the inner courtyard. -Complimentary bottle of water would have been nice specially since there is a "do not drink water from the faucet" sign. -While the bed was pretty decent, pillows were TERRIBLE, I felt I was sleeping on a rock and I saw people checking-out with their own pillows, which makes me think it was not just my room.
