Reviewed By abraa2014We fortunately or unfortunately stayed at the start of the season so it was not too busy however it was rather disappointing that most things were just being put out and other things i.e Pizza oven was no being used yet. The property was just being done up ready for the season to start so lots of handy work and drilling. Garden staff at times commenced this so early we couldn’t sleep. Watch out for dog poo on the grass as some dog owners do not always pick this up. The issues that had been raised by previous customers were just being resolved but not always for the best i.e new towels but these had not been washed leaving fibres on your body after use. I still think hotel needs to change laundry company as dressing gowns were stained we reluctantly touched them. Staff do their absolute best and there was always someone who spoke fairly good English day/night at the front desk. Our star of the stay was Doruk on nights. Charming young man with a good sense of humour and this guy will get you anything you need within reason. His opposite number is Mert on days. Cleaning staff do a daily good clean, they just need a cleaning trolley to carry fresh bedding. Loud music and dogs barking, but this does not usually last past midnight and is not from the site. Would advise you bring your mosquito repellent as this was an issue at night. Food is fairly ok, but start of season we were told most things were not available. I would suggest go to the Marina to eat. If you are fussy about breakfast, bring your favourite cereal. Chef’s are hit and miss, one day the omelette is fantastic the next day it looks like sunny side up. The beach is clean and the water is clean depending on weather.

Reviewed By charliekilburnJasmin beach hotel We’ve just returned from an amazing 2 week stay at the Jasmin beach hotel and we were all overall very impressed. The cleanliness was incredible with the cleaning team straight onto any mess. The main restaurant there was always something to eat for everyone and travelling with a toddler she loved the food choices. Special thank you to Buse in the restaurant she was incredible with my little girl always making her smile and overall very friendly. Anne in guest services was amazing too very helpful and always willing to help my buggy lost a screw while staying there and she got it fixed for me (thank you so much) also before travel she was helpful via email my daughter is terrified of the shower and with no problems changed our booking to a club room with a bath. The photographers were both very good and captured some lovely photos of my baby for me (difficult with a toddler I know). Everyone in the restaurant got to know our drinks orders too which was a cute touch. Overall all the staff were incredible and want to say thank you all hope to see you soon.

Reviewed By E2746JXannmWe stayed here for 3 nights, on arrival had a very warm welcome from the manager Hakan who gave us local recommendations and information about the local area was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new the room was very nice modern & spotlessly clean, and had a great sea view,and had everything we needed including a fridge,the bathroom had a great walk in shower,toiletries were included,we got this hotel at a great price and it exceeded our expectations,it's in a fabulous location right on the beach,there is a restaurant on site we had Turkish breakfast overlooking the sea every morning,the staff were very friendly,we really enjoyed our stay here unfortunately we only used it as a base to explore the bodrum peninsula so didn't take advantage of what it had to offer, we would definitely stay here again if we wanted to have a beach break and will recommend to aĺl our friends a excellent value for money hotel you would have to go a long way to beat it really was a little gem

It is usually a bit quieter than other hotels and had a great location for restaurants and bars In the evening it is close enough to walk to the bars but not close enough to be disturbed when sleeping Staff are always friendly and will help with anything Rooms are cleaned every other day Will definitely return!!

Reviewed By sanavargI think about this everyday Arriving at our first holiday , the one we got engaged at & we find the pricy compared to others hotel we booked turn out to be a dump! The receptionist was a young man , asian look or something like that and he was so rude , didnt even say hello Took us upstairs to what looks like a cheap old , badly renovated building. The room was terrible to say the least. Very dirty and neglected , old towels , even dirty toilet seat and the worst thing in that room was that the toilet brush was left inside the shower! ? Everything was too dirty to touch and the AC broke down so we asked to change the room since it took that rude receptionist 3 hours and as we expected he done nothing! It was 37 c that day so it was hot and dry We finally had to argue with him to get another room It was 20% less dirty The bathroom was another nightmare Shower curtain was so old & dirty and had things living in it and again toilet brush inside the shower!!!! The owner was nice and all smiles But the receptionist was one miserable guy that i really dont know how he kept this job that long! I checked reviews first to see if they got any better but i guess not??♀️ Its definitely a place that no one should be forced to stay at not even for a minute It was my second time in bodrum and last , both times hotels were terrible and i had to change hotels 3 times the first visit

Reviewed By PalsobWe came for one night only, and it was a good value for us. The staff for super friendly. Check in was easy and covid friendly. We Got a bigger room than booked. The hotel serve good food and The prices are The same as places nearby. Fairly good standard, and all in all a good experience for us
