Good food and very friendly staff. The location is perfect. I ate gnocchi with octopus and vegetables. Still I had to ask for bread. That was a little bit unexpected, after eating something like goulash. For me it was really small portion and besides you had to search for octopus. For 14,30 ⬠I would really expect more. Location and name cannot reflect such price surpluses. The glass of white wine was excellent and the selection of wines is surprisingly good. A restaurant is not a bad choice, but you can get better for this money if the view of the lake doesn't mean much to you.

One block up a hill off the main touristy road, this easily walkable inn serves a small, selective menu that brings quality taste. Starter of heavenly smoked trout and a distinctly flavorful mushroom soup, followed by a portion of the salad bar assortment and pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with fresh vegetables and roasted potatoes, plus beverages, totalled $51 USD, an excellent meal and value in a tourist town in high season. Pleasant service, prompt delivery, easy English. Worth a repeat.

We had dinner here after a long day of travel from Budapest. We were very pleased with the ambiance, food quality, and service. I had seafood risotto - large portion of risotto in a mild tomato sauce with shellfish of various kinds, all tasty. Recommended if you want a hearty meal. The garden salad was good - high quality fresh vegetables.

Lovely place been visiting on and off for some years. The views of the lake are amazing and the Octopus salad is excellent.I recommend a glass of Cvicek which goes well.Always quite busy but you can generally get a table and the staff are very friendly. It is way better than you think it would be. Give it a try

Everything about the whole experience was really special. The view, the service and the food. We had the taster menu, with 5 courses. Each and every course was delicious. The veal was a particular highlight. The staff were impeccable and so polite and attentive. Cost us about 120 euros for two, but worth every penny.Dear Holly,thank you for taking the time to write a 5-buuble review about your experience in our restaurant. Worst meal I ever paid for. And it wasn't cheap at 90 euros for one starter, 2 mains and a bottle of house wine.Awful food, badly cooked, and just weird combinations.Views over the lake are great, but avoid the food. Dreadful.Dear Sir, if you really did visit our restaurant we would love to hear what exactly you had to eat that was so dreadful. Especially since we ask every guest after every dish for an honest opinion on the spot. We would appreciate a more clarifying feedback instead of shockingly short and demeaning review.

Here we dined out 2 nights in a row because the food was delicious. The service was effortless by the manager, Dominique and the team. Exquisite fresh and delivered with panache. The flavours were delightful. Exciting food. Dominique our waiter gave great suggestions of selection of food depending what we felt like. Matched with his knowledge of wine. I will recommend to friends and family also. To have such a restaurant to this standard in Bled is such a valuable asset to the area. Well done and thankyou for making my husband's and my experience memorable.

The local food was great, tasty. We ordered steaks. They were perfectly prepaired. The service was on the other hand not friendly. It looked like nobody wanrs to deal with guests.

We drove back from a car trip with the family and searched for a restaurant in this town. This restaurant was not on the main road, and the back side appeared to be adjacent to a football field. Everything was good here! The terrace is nice and spacey, but due to rain and storm coming up, we went inside. A man was playing accordeon in the room next to us. The restaurant sounded quite noisy, but id din't bother us. Real and friendly service, and a diverse menu with even 6-7 vegetarian dishes. That's quite a lot, I can tell you. And it all tasted good, made of fresh products and the whole family was happy, and prices are friendly.This is definitely a restaurant that's worth its (high) status of 4,5 out of 5, though you would not say so looking at it from the outside after you enter the parking lot.Highy, highly recommended, from the heart!
