I went because of the great rating but was sadly disappointed. The charm of the decor was quickly banished by the uncomfortable seats and tiny space. I asked for sushi with smoked salmon but they did they did not have smoked salmon. The waitress seemed to enjoy saying No instead of suggesting an alternative. I settled for the tempura and asked if I could have some hot sauce with it. The waitress told me that was not allowed but when I asked her to ask the chef, he agreed to adding a dab of hot sauce to a plate and charging me 1000 pesos for this anomaly. I guess I must have broken some obscure chef rule about being a good customer. The tempura was tasteless, and the only flavor that I could discern was from the deep fryer. The hot sauce gave me terrible heartburn for hours afterward. The waitress really was not meant to be a waitress, perhaps she was a girlfriend of one of the cooks. I had to ask her to remove plates that were finished from the tiny table. She removed them reluctantly. And when all was finished, she handed me the bill with a 10%. charge added on for her tip. I paid it but told her the service was terrible. For the first time she smiled. I would suggest this place only if you are feeling masochistic.Lamento que nos haya visitado teniendo un mal dÃa y lamentablemente no pudo salir de el.Quiero ser enfático en aclarar que si no ha visitado Japón no tienes idea de como es un Izakaya ya que en su mayorÃa son lugares pequeños, pero las personas no van a un Izakaya por ser lujoso sinó por su comida y eso me lleva al siguiente punto, no trabajamos salmón ahumado, no lo tenemos en la carta ya que trabajamos solo pescados frescos. El Tempura no lo preparamos en freidora industrial, lo preparamos con aceite limpio e individualmente de las otras preparaciones fritas, además como hacemos gastronomÃa tradicional Japonés nos a pegamos a ésta, no servimos salsa picante con el Tempura ( lo dice la carta) sinó salsa Tetsuyu que es lo tradicional, por eso cuando pidió salsa picante accedà a darle extra de salsa que se cobra por no estar incluido en la preparación pero sabiendo que no era buena idea, por eso le dió malestar con el picante.La Garzona no es novia de los cocineros ni mucho menos y por protocolo siempre se le pregunta al cliente si desea agregar el 10 % de propina sugerida (como en la mayorÃa de los restaurantes) no obligatoria.Lamento que no haya habido sintonÃa de Ud hacia la Garzona, porque yo estaba presente y en ni un momento vi un mal trato hacia Ud, todo lo contrario, la Garzona fué muy amable y trató en todo momento de entender sus palabras, yo creo que la barrera que causó éste mal entendido fue el idioma.De todas maneras la Garzona ya no trabaja para nosotros pero para otra oportunidad le sugiero revisar la carta al restaurante donde vaya ya que es ahà donde aparece todos los platos que se ofrecen y sus acompañamientos para que no haga una mala elección en su menú.Saludos cordiales.Atte Fabián Stuardo Neira Chef y propietario Izakaya Sushi Concepción

This is a place with a nice environment and a good service. It's not the best Chinese food in the world, but it's decent and it has a good price. Try the menu combinations and order for one person less of your party (they give you a lot of food!). I would go back, definitely.

Se nota porque pasa lleno. No puede ser mas sencillo, arroz bien cocinado, harta verdura, una proteina a eleccion y SALSAS!! que es lo que le da toda la gracia. Todo rico y fresco, atencion rapida y 3.100 pesos por el bowl. Ademas contundente y sano. 5 estrellas
