Nice, friendly Concept with excellent food. Small menu, but really GOOD food, fine dining in a loose way. The restaurant is managed by 1 chef in the open kitchen and the owner who does all the rest. Bravo

Velazquez has both small plates and large and i think they are all good. I was traveling alone on business and found several delicious small plates. Two small plates makes a great dinner for one person and allows you to choose interesting combinations. The soft shell crab is especially good.Thank you for you nice comment!We do appriciate it very much.

There is nothing to tell..you better go and try it by yourself.The food is SUPERB!!! I enjoyed every bite there - its a kept secret in Antwerp and as a person that travel a lot around the world - this is one of the best places to eat in Europe.worth a special visit to Antwerpen.

I came across this restaurant from a travel blogger. We went there for lunch and it was superb. The menu is in the native language. But the waiter is so friendly he was patient enough to translate everything. My hubby had the steak and fries, and I had the BLT sandwich. It was great. Also recommended is the green tea detox drink. It was very refreshing.

This is a brasserie/restaurant. Very inn and if you want a table I wold say book in advance.... good menu with good and varied choice, good wines( special selection methode...go to the shelve and you can see the choice wich is exposed)... What you get on you plate is tasty and delicious :-), Worth going !
