We have eaten at this recently opened Osteria/ enotecca for supper, lunch and occasional breakfast eight times in March and April. One evening meal was very good indeed as were two breakfasts. The coffee is good, but cappuccinos were not. But three other evening meals were very disappointing. Dry main courses and warmed up pasta, i.e. not freshly cooked were the main problems. The service was variable, sometimes ok, sometimes indifferent and even disdainful. Cappuccinos at most recent breakfast were served with longlife milk and stale cornetti. A great shame because when it is good it is very good. We will not go back until we hear they have got their act together.NeedDear Highbury19,thank you for sharing your feedback. We have this strong doubt also because your statements are not correct: we never serve warmed pasta and our cornetti with homemade jam are always fresh as well as the milk. We are very sorry because maybe you have confused our osteria with some other place, However, we invite you to come and visit us as soon as possible. Our best regards.

We were hosted by Le Cimate in the Spring; I took a group of my University seniors, studying business at The American University of Rome. We had a fabulous lunch, with pairings of delicious dishes with a variety of Le Cimate's wines. The owner spoke with us about the joys and challenges of managing a lively, growing, entrepreneurial wine business. The facility is beautiful, the tour of the vineyard was very interesting, and we had a chance to stock up on the Cantina's wines at great prices. Highly recommend a visit!
