Aquarena is a nice place with good food, probable one of the best in Los Roques, however in my opinion it is too expensive. The place is nice located beside the sea. The restaurant is quite simple, but the environment is nice. The food is very good, but in general is simple. It is not what you can call gourmet. The menu is relatively wide for the location standards, focused in seafood. The problem is that being an outdoor place you have many flies around, when you are eating. In my opinion, the value price relation is not so good.

This restaurant is at seaside. At 5 just go there and watch a most beautiful sunset along with a nice drink. Then go and change and come back for dinner. Chef Angelo, a sicilian who fell in love with Los Roques will make you a most fantastic meal. The fish so fresh, I saw what I ate being brought in by the fisherman while watching the sunset. You will be surprised by the great meal. The Pistacho custard, Angelo's recipe is a must.

What a cool little place (a bit tricky to find!) with delicious food, nice people and real 'fisherman' ambiance. Everything was delicious, not just the lobster :)Went in Jan 2013 but no option for that!
