Last visit was a bit different then before. The meal was good as always. For the first time I was in the lower room and I didn't like it (a lot of things from different cultures in slightly tasteless combination), the upper is much better. The worst thing was live music from Katerina (in fact it was karaoke at its worst). Happily it lasts only 15 minutes or so as we was very late (around 11 p.m.).Only 2 tables was occupied (with ours), we waited about 15 minutes for our dishes. Serving was a bit lazy, waitress didn't notice our bell. But the food was very good, and one dish for person was more then enough.

I was in Omsk for the Siberian International Marathon and Lapsha was across the street from the Ibis Sibir (which was so convenient) My new-found friend Anna, her mum and Alexandria took me here for lunch. The food and drink was delicious, the menu had a wonderful choice and the two guys who own/run the restaurant are absolute gentlemen and sweethearts. I have such great memories of being here, the food and the warmth and generosity shown by the them. No one has ever written, never mind drawn anything on a napkin for me before :) I promise that when (and I do intend to) return to Omsk I will bring a bottle of Irish Whiskey with me for you both:) to say a huge thank you and to enjoy with your delicious food :)

I've been there three times, once for business lunch and twice for dinner. As a result I can't say neither that I like nor that I dislike it. There are some good and bad points. First, menu is not varied 2-3 fish / pork/ beef dishes, one lamb dish and wok menu, 4-5 desserts with one or two 'we've just run out of'. A mix of European and Asian cuisine, but not much to choose from. Service is very relaxed and too familiar at times, you could wait for 15-20 min for a glass of wine or juice. The food is mostly quite good but nothing special.What I liked is very cosy and well kept sofas, comfortable zones with some privacy, pleasant music, good view, which is not fantastic or breathtaking, but a nice change. The air conditioner was not working, so it was quite hot and stuffy on the second floor. The place is not shabby yet.The clientele is mixed too, from rich teenagers to middle-aged/senior businesspeople and families with young kids. So there's nothing special about this place except for the view. That's probably the only thing which makes it stand out. СпаÑибо болÑÑое за Ñакой конÑÑÑÑкÑивнÑй оÑзÑв! Somebody told us that this is the best restaurant in Omsk. The ambient and the atmosphere is good. Food was great and presented in a proper way. Service also very professional.

Russian Pasta translated into 21st century. You enter with the escalator to the first floor. The place is nicely furnished. Staff very friendly.The menu serves high expectations however go for the Pelmeni-Pasta - try the other things the next time :-)We recommend the homemade Horseradish Vodka in case you had to much food or - in the end- in any case.

I am Russian and live in Omsk but decided to write in English to give speakers of other languages a chance to visit the reastaurant I really adore! I have travelled a lot and am able to compare different places in different countries and, frankly speaking, there are not so many which are a winning combination of impecable taste in interior environment, decoration, dishes, cutlery, impecable service and the food which is above all praise. When you come and be lucky to choose a day with special gastronomic or wine set, you will give joy to all your sense organs! The menu is not big but every dish is a work of art in both taste and the way it is served. It is as beautiful as it is delicious!The reastaurant is not big like and looks very cosy. Pleasant live music accompanies your meal and never is too loud to interfere in a talk with your partner. I would say that in this reastaurant everything is in perfect amount and balance! As for me, I always take my foreign friends to this place and feel really proud that there is a place of this kind in our city! Rimma, hello. Good selection of beer for Siberia. As I know the only place in Omsk where you can drink original Guinness. But cousine is not good. For example fillet steak was not fresh and tasty, but the price was close to price for this product in Moscow...

Visisted this basement beer place twice. Good atmosthere, stylish decor - it is a former boiler place, good selection of beers, clean, fast service. Try local frozen fish (stroganina) with a shot of vodka - feel like real Siberian, very tasty. All other dishes are also good - big and decently proced.Nice life music starts around 8 pm. Piano and violin create perfect relaxed atmosphere.Only one remark, if you plan to spend there couple of hours for a dinner, ask the waiter to delay the dishes, otherwise you will get three courses with 15 minutes interval with no time to enjoy the food.
