This restaurant was not our first choice, the first one we selected was closed when we arrived, however we chose this for something different.Arrived on a Wednesday evening and there was only one other couple in the restaurant, No English menu's available but that did not matter because the manageress spoke good English and helped us choose our dishes, food was good, beer cold, what more could you ask.They were obviously not used to taking credit cards because the machine did not work and as neither of us had enough Euros we had to walk to the nearest ATM to get cash.The manageress was so helpful and friendly, she was a credit to the restaurant.

Direkt beim Lindner-Hotel um die Ecke. Gemütliche kleine Gaststätte mit sehr guter traditioneller Küche. Kleine Karte aber für (fast) jeden was dabei. z.B. Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln.Pils gibt's vom Fass und Weizen aus der Flasche. Eine gute und günstige Alternative zum Hotel-Restaurant.

Had a very good dinner at Hiemann's restaurant. Good selection of various dishes in a not too big menu, nothing too sophisticated but at a good level. Nice staff and service, tasty food in a good amount at reasonable prices. Just the ventilation of the kitchen is unfortunately not working effectivly, so clothes can be pretty smelly after your dinner.
