Questa pizzeria che così nn si può chiamare in realtà propone una âpizzaâ particolare ovvero la Scrocchiarella che è un impasto da 72 ore di lievitazione a lievito madre farcita con prodotti slow food a km zero ..torniamo a noi : ordino una Giotto Scrocchiarella croccantissima e al palato da subito risaltano i sapori del capocollo di Martina Franca la buttata (intera) di gioia del colle e altri componenti pazzeschi,al cheâ chiediamo al servizio di proporci una birra per accompagnare questa spettacolare Scrocchiarella e ci viene proposta una birra artigianale di Lecce..insomma morale eravamo lì per caso e ci siamo imbattuti in una esplosione di gusti strepitosi...la consiglio a tutti visto che mangiamo sempre la solita (buona) pizza ,provate la Scrocchiarella che alla pizza non ha nulla a che invidiale !!

Pulito comodo per fermarsi un minuto e rifornirsi di un buon caffè. Miscela buona.Estrazione a norma; gentili al servizio rapido. Buona pasticceria e tavoli disponibili. Arredamento funzionale.

Amazing gem of a family run place which is perfect to spend an evening eating yummy local food as well as drinking and learning about beautiful wines from puglia and their cellar. I think it gets alot of regular local customers so it also gets the Italian seal of approval and feels like a really lovely and friendly place to be. The host is very welcoming and knowledgeable and even had an option of delishiousness for a vegan member of our party. We drank alot of the rose wine and my pasta dish although it looked simple was one of the most beautiful thing I ate on my holiday with different flavours dancing around my pallet. All rounded off with a limoncello which is made on site.I Couldn't recommend more! Go eat and drink and be happy!!

Ottima cucina, cordialità e sempre una soluzione per soddisfare i clienti. Si sente la qualità della materia prima. Pizza veramente digeribile e della consistenza ideale. A fine serata un digestivo e un salto nel passato personale. Grazie Antonio Lorenzo e Filippo.

the idea is simple and effective, take the most international street food ( hamburger) and convert it into the flavourness of local ingedients , The result is astonishing .These two youngsters ( I guess brother and sister) are elevating the normal burger into unexpected levels . They propose luicy burgers made from local meat , so beef, pork , lamb and horse (that is a specialty of the town) and they fill them with local cheeses ( do not forget that you are in one of the italian capitals of mozarella) amazing vegetables ( they also have a veggie burger, I was forgetting ) home made sauces, and serve them in hi quality breads . Result and flavours are exploding in your mouth and make you dream right away of the next one .They also serve freshly fried chips along with a foam of black pepper and lemon that is unforgettable .Portions are generous, service slow ( this is not fast food ) as everything is made to order . Great beer selctions and friendly service ,They also make home deliveries , a good option to consider if you stay in town ,

Locale piccolo ma accogliente. Vasta scelta di panini per tutti i gusti, c'è l'imbarazzo delle scelta. Il proprietario e' molto gentile e cortese, servizio rapido. Tutto buono.
