In questa pizzeria si può gustare la famosa scrocchiarella, (forse è l'unica pizzeria nei dintorni che la propone ed è per questo che il locale è diventato più conosciuto). La Scrocchiarella è di buona qualità e il locale propone diversi formati e tanti gusti da scegliere; ovviamente i bordi sono croccanti e un po' duri, ma l'impasto è morbido e facile da digerire. Prezzi e tempo di attesa nella media. Personale disponibile e cordiale.In foto, scrocchiarella da 500 g (ottima da gustare in due) con due gusti: Sprint e Salsiccia di Norcia. Consigliati!

Una pizzeria stile "easy" , nel senso semplice, con un'offerta dei cibi semplice e genuina. Il posto è molto frequentato dai giovani di Putignano. Mi ha stupito l'assortimento di birre presneti nel locale, una "differenziazione".

Long wait for our pizza, but really tasty when we eventually got it. We ordered a takeaway on the Saturday night we arrived, but we waited 45 minutes for our order. No room in restaurant- fully booked.

Bel localino, ben arredato ed accogliente. Pizze buonissime, un po' alte e soffici come impasto. Unica pecca è il servizio ai tavoli... Troppo lunghe le attese, sia per l'ordinazione che per l'arrivo delle bevande ecc.. Nonostante ci siano una decina di tavolini solo,abbiamo aspettato circa 1ora e un quarto fino all'arrivo delle pizze. A parte questo si mangia bene e si spende il giusto.

Quando ero piccolo venivo spesso per il flauto fritto,del quale avevo un buon ricordo.Tuttavia non ho avuto la medesima sensazione quando sono ritornato.Costi davvero contenuti ma il tutto è fatto male. I panzerotti,appena fritti,risultano gommosi e unti. Imperdonabile.

I think Pizzeria Molino is by far the best pizza you can eat in Putignano. Yes probably it is not the most refine pizzeria ever, but the taste is great and I have to say the owners make you feel like you are at home! Pizza are delicious and I think it is starting to become really popular as well mainly take away. We were 9 and the service as I said was really friendly and really quick as well considering that there were lots of people... And overall the bill was really cheap, we had 9 pizza and some chips with beers and we spend 90 euro!!! REALLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We came to old money really early to have dinner and we were not sure if they were already open. The waitress with the long curly hair and glasses was the most friendly girl we have met in our holiday throughout italy. The antipasti was so good. The pizza crunchy It feels like heaven! YOU SHOULD GO THERE!!!NO EXCUSES! JUST GO!

I've always thought that pizza means Napoli, then I realized you can eat delicious pizza elsewhere, but with some differences. Neapolitan pizza is extremely thin and soft and it melts in your mouth (it's a poetry for me). Somewhere else, pizza is different but still unforgettable and in this pizzeria I had my second great experience with good pizza not in Napoli. Waiters are super kind and well-instructed, they gave us all information we had asked them. Price is reasonable and the choice is infinite, different kind of flour, uncountable toppings and quality is just the first concern. Super positive.
