Traveling from Luxembourg to Rudesheim Am Rhein, and needed a place for dinner. We stopped in Bernkastel as we had seen recommendations as to how quaint it was, and we were not disappointed! The town is very scenic, right on a river, and everywhere we went was another great photo opportunity. We stumbled on this restaurant, and decided to give it a try. Inside is very nice, lots of tables with nice, decorative interior. The staff was friendly, and we all chose pasta for dinner. All the meals came out piping hot and delicious, and it really hit the spot. It did take a while for us to be able to get our check, but it wasn't more than we have experienced in other restaurants on our trip. I think this would be a great stop for families, as well as couples, and we would definitely stop there again!

Spinelli is a nice and well decorated Italian restaurant in Kues. The food is excellent. One of the very few restaurants where you get your pasta really "al dente".The service is kind, italian and a bit chaotic.Surely the best Italian restaurant in Bernkastel-Kues.

This is a very nice local restaurant with very good Italian food. We came on a German National Holiday and we were the only tourists in the place. It is only a ten minute drive up the hill from town, and we lost any tourist crowds that were there. Good and service were very good. Serve was very friendly. Enough people spoke English , so it wasn't a problem to order. We had the antipasto, and two pizzas and like them all. The ice cream dessert my daughter ordered was tasty. Overall, we liked it very much, and that it coming from two Italian Americans who know Italian food. Give it a try.

Although it's true that the inside decor is not spectacular, the food is!!Looked like a husband and wife business, the husband doing all the front of house work ( how did he control all those tables?) whilst his wife does the lovely cooking. Everyone who ate here was going out with happy faces, the take away service was doing well....it's a great place for pasta, pizza, fish and steak.Mainly locals were eating here...that's always a good sign as it wouldn't survive if it had a bad reputation.We loved what we had and will definately come here again!!Forza Pizzeria Europa!

An diesem Standort im Herzen des Stadtteils Kues gab es schon verschiedene, die italienische Gerichte mit Schwerpunkt Pizza und Pasta angeboten haben. Wir waren häufig sehr enttäuscht.Seitdem Sale e Pepe gestartet ist, waren wir schon mehrere Male dort und fanden unsere Pizzen (Chef oder Calzone) aber auch die Pastagerichte sehr lecker, mit guten Zutaten und optisch schön präsentiert. Wir freuen uns, endlich wieder eine Adresse zu haben, wo man einfach und unkompliziert genieÃen kann.
