Mais quelle surprise ! Qui aurait cru qu'on puisse trouver dans ce petit village perdu allemand un peu du soleil Napolitain...mais surtout beaucoup de ses couleurs , de ses saveurs et le charme du personnage qui les transmet ... le Chef Enzo.Ce passionné de la cuisine et des arts est un virtuose et un grand pianiste au sens propre et figuré ... aussi bien en cuisine derrière le piano et les fourneaux , qu'en salle devant le clavier de son vieux piano ...Il exprime sa pasión aussi bien dans les assiettes que dans la musique qu'il joue ...On a eu de la chance de tomber sur son Resto et pouvoir déguster quelques-uns de ses plats et on est resté sous le charme ... les spaghetti di mare al cartucho étaient délicieux , parfumées et riches en saveur, quant aux raviolis alla gorgonzola, ils étaient d'une finesse et d'une onctuosité et richesse en bouche inégalable ,les spaghetti alla carbonara étaient aussi parfaitement exécutés ,la seule chose était qu'étant un grand amateur de la charcuterie j'ai trouvé que cela manquait de bacon. Je pense qu'il n'est pas vraiment nécessaire mais je le souligne quand même - les pâtes sont faites maison et cela fait la grand différence!! Pour terminer ce repas gourmand on a peché avec le tiramisu et la panna cota aux fruits de bois et pétales de rose... ils étaient tout aussi délicieux que le reste du repas , quoi que à mon goût, les deux desserts manquait un peu de sucre..peu importe.. la dégustation était tout simplement incroyable et on a passé un moment inoubliable... et ceci sans avoir dit encore qu'on a pu aussi profiter des performances artistique du fabuleux Chef Enzo au piano et à l'accordéon à la fin de son service... bravo et merci pour cet moment à ta table Enzo!

My son lives in Bornheim but will drive to this restaurant for its pizza and now, after my visit, I can understand why.Wonderful pizza base, huge selection of toppings and quite possibly the largest pizza I've ever attempted to eat!Reasonably priced drinks, friendly service and relaxing atmosphere.Well worth visiting in you're in the area.

we went to La Cresta rather late on a Tuesday evening, the place wasn't full but had several guests enjoying their pizzas and pastas.the place is rustically decorated, and seemed to be an Italian-run joint, at least from the language spoken in the kitchen. we ordered tomato soup as starter, and two different pastas for main. the soup was very nicely done, using tomatoes rather than straight from a can or packet. the gorgonzola pasta was bang on and the vege pasta was surprisingly tasty.in all, a hearty meal, both gut and wallet were satisfied .

Tried to go last Sunday - too busy to even allow an estimate when the next table would become available. Tried again Wednesday evening pretty early and were lucky to get a table for six albeit we were only three.I was so much suffering from a cold that I started with a peppermint tea, my friends with red wines by the glass, which I joined later. Finished with espresso which was great and had a very good grappa on the house - so much for drinks.As for food, everything was prepared fresh and brought to the table steaming hot. The soup for starter, two pizzas (I had a small one with anchovies and black olives, delicious!) and lettuce with prawns were perfect, we lived everything.And the best: price is really affordable.Confident at least I will be back, but as it is a 30 km ride only with reservation keep it up team, you are great!

Warm family friendly Italiano restaraunt in Bad Nauheim. We had the corn bread insulata Pantseca which was different and quiet tasty for a starter followed by the spaghetti Carbonara 12.50⬠and the Busicante con Duette Di datteri picante 8.50⬠as mains. The Busciante a tomato based pasta was the better of the two. The carbonara had little bacon or spring onion and the sauce lacked taste but not salt for my liking. Both were large enough for lunch but would be too small as a main at dinner without other courses.Together with a bottle of water and two Trebiannos and cappuccinos came to 53⬠in all. Service was warm, and very good. Toilets were also clean and good. The staff seemed to have agood Rapport with young children. Small Family friendly Italian restaraunt.
