Wow...I can most highly recommend this cozy, little family-run restaurant if you're staying in Thamel! What a cool menu and an even cooler atmosphere... Prices are REALLY good as well... Unfortunately I only found this little gem at the end of my stay in Kathmandu. Samina, the manager is wonderful, and very friendly.. Try to check it out!

After seeing good reviews here, we went there to try it out a few weeks ago. I don't know what happened maybe the chef was on a holiday break. Food was so bad. I ordered the signature stuffed chicken, it tasted bland, soggy chicken, waterry sauce the whole dish tasted almost like it was frozen and cook it in the microwave. My partner ordered the Khana set, it was bad too tasteless. Then dessert was blueberry cheesecake that tasted like a piece of frozen cream with sugar.

Wow what a find, has to be the best food in Kathmandu by far. Shusila is the friendliest host there is. The Dal Bhat is just amazing and local beer on draft. The cost is very easy on the wallet, value for money for sure. Thank you for an amazing meal and the best service ever. Iâll be back

Really fantastic food for meat eaters and vegetarians/vegans alike. My husband, who is vegan, loved their salads, while I loved their Nepali dishes (try their Thali!). They also have Western dishes such as pasta, grilled chicken and pizza.Cozy and welcoming environment on the top floor of Mandala Street in the heart of Thamel. Staff are lovely, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to changing things in the menu to suit oneâs taste.Quality of food very high and prices very reasonable.I would recommend to make a reservation beforehand, as every time we went there it was full.

Good local type food ....maybe not upmarket fusion.....but still good decent meals and a good price in a pleasant atmosphere. The owner is friendly and helpful and trying his best to run a good business. The cook is good and quick at his work. Close to Z street if you go out through the passage way at end of street.Quite our honour that we got to serve you. We really appreciate for your time on this review.
