Each visit to the restaurant is now a great taste experience for us. The combination of ingredients always excites the pallet in some of the most unexpected ways. The fish dish last night was exquisite. The lamb maultaschen and asparagus combined local menus with great flavors. The service is really top class. Always impressive when the service staff great you professionally at the door, remember the table orders and deliver the correct dish to the correct person. Have been visiting this Restaurant since more than 30 years. There is consistency in food and service since all these years.Personal attention by the owner of the restaurant is guaranteed. It's wonderful homecoming every time I visit.Important however is to book a table well in advance, because this restaurant is popular in the region and quickly sold out each day.

Mehrfach hat es mich schon ins Alpenkulinarik gezogen. Erfreulicherweise ist es nun auch ganzjährig geöffnet. abends ab 17 Uhr steht eine kleine überschaubare, saisonal immer aktuelle Speisenkarte bereit, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bietet. Ein Kompliment an den Koch und das Personal. Superfreundlich, witzig, sehr aufmerksam. Von den Gerichten war ich bisher immer begeistert, interessante Kombinationen, die eine Geschmacksexplosion versprechen, ein aktuelles Beispiel sei hier erwähnt, z.B. gebratene Garnelen auf Zuckerschoten mit Chili-Mango-Salsa - einfach toll. Alle Speisen auch sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Hinzu kommt das schöne Ambiente und auch die Tischkultur gefällt mir sehr gut. Vielleicht passt der Name des Restaurants nicht zum Gesamtkonzept. Das stört mich jedoch nicht im Geringsten, weil alles andere mehr als überzeugt. Ich werde hier Stammkunde!

Leckere mediterrane Küche, Riesengarnelen und Lammrücken, gut gekocht aber mengenmäÃig überschaubar. Lokal war am Dienstag Abend schwach besucht, daher bekamen wir problemlos einen Platz auf der Terrasse. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, Bedienung zurückhaltend, aber freundlich.Preislich ambitioniert für die Lage.

Nice outdoor atmosphere, complimented by young, friendly (if sometimes slow) waitstaff. Tasty, mostly foreign-inspired food, and a menu that varies pretty much daily. A tad pricey, but worth it if you want to mix with the locals or catch some good non-Swabian cuisine.
