I visited the Saraya Palace last night and once again the food, service and shisha was excellent. I love the atmosphere in this reaturant. The staff are always friendly. The best chicken livers in town, and the chicken and veal is lovely.Would recommend this reataurant and will definitely go back again.

When they started the shawarma was tasty, rich and fulfilling. Nowadays there is less meat or chicken in it though the taste remained as good as the early days. They have good varieties and the current location has an issue with parking availability. Overall recommended

I had a healthy and light lunch at Ayyame, a ME contemporary cuisine restaurant at the main urban park. My choice today is for a Lebanese Salad and an Iranian dip. The options are tasty and beautifully presented. I had Artichoke hearts salad and moutabal asfahani dip. The Artichoke chunks were served in a flower like open shell of a real Artichoke in a medium size. I love the addition of lemon soaked mint leaves. The dip was mustard colored baked eggplant puree, garnished with ruby like colored pomegranate pods. This dip was mixed with Kishk (Dried yogurt). In modern Iran, kashk is a thick whitish liquid similar to sour cream, used in traditional Persian cooking. My drink was the beautifully scented orange blossom water mixed with hot water, it is called white coffee. The Orange blossom water is a clear, perfumed by-product of the distillation of fresh bitter-orange blossoms for their essential oil. The female staff were amazing today. Joy, the welcoming lady in waiting was sweet, and Crystal, my friendly waitress, was very helpful. I requested one scoop of black sesame ice cream with beetroot sauce; this order is usually served in 3 scoops. Joan, the ice cream lady insisted that I come next week to get my other 2 remaining scoops. SEE photos.

This is not just another falafel restaurant. It is own by Lazurd, and if you know Lazurd, you know that they stand by their clean and high quality foods. You can definitely see that in this restaurant. The place is clean and everything is prepped in a clean place. Staff and busy working so you can't have a conversation. The place is busy when we came in. It took a bit of a while for our full order to come out. The sandwiches took minutes but we ordered plates of hummus, foul and other things. The hummus was pretty good. Their stuffed falafel which also takes some time to prepare was also delicious. The egg sandwich I had was good. Their prices are very decent compared to the quality and quantity of what you get. There are some tables inside, but it is not a romantic setting. It'll work for a hitchhiker. If you're with family, grab what you want to go and eat at the park opposite to the restaurant or the beach which is a short drive away.I would go there again for the stuffed falafel and to try the shawarma.

It's a very nice restaurant to dine in specially from Dec - march(good weather) in the out doors viewing the garden and the sea.They serve Armenian,Syrian food and I would say it's very delicious, med to high prices, But the service is below average and needs supervision, this issue might destroy restaurant reputation.

Had been there for a breakfast on a Saturday morning, the restaurant is a cozy one with the view of arabian gulf outside. Our orders were Indian breakfast (for 2 ) Mini pizza with vegetables Four Seasons. Indian breakfast was not up to the mark, Keema fry was a bit salty. Also they forgot to serve chicken item to us. Even we noticed that only after we finished our food. Nothing special about the food. So won't be returning again.

Visited the salmiya branch which was under renovation so they gave a private tent.The staff was no very good n told that they donât accept the entertainer app. We were very dissatisfied but after asking the manager they accepted.The service is very very slow the food is not great but normal taste.We ordered 7 up n they served after we finished our food.The staff refused to cancel the order.
