once inside the restaurant there is a good feeling and the conservatory area is lovely setting.It was a very busy Saturday night but the service was attentive and efficient.I had a sort of bacon, avocado salad to start which was a good size and enjoyable.The main was a little disappointing the fish stew was not as I expected.My idea of fish stew is fish cooked in a broth but the seafood, which I might add was lovely, was served in a tomato sauce.It was tasty but maybe better served on pasta!Wine averagely priced and staff very good.

I have been here lots of times in the past. Delicious food. especially the cheesecake. Absolutely fantastic!! Would recommend to anyone. However very slow service. I have had to catch a staff member every time I want to order and for the bill. I asked one girl and she never would take my order, said the other girl will do it and then just stood doing nothing. This could be made more efficient. Overall great restaurant .Very yummy.

We recieved a Gift Voucher which was used at Veeno in Bristol, and after being in touch via email with Laurentiu the General Manager we booked it for 10/10/19 at 12pmAfter arriving into Bristol around 12pm due to traffic we rung Veeno and the staff were more than happy to fully accommodate for our needs.When we arrived to Veeno we were introduced by a lovely lady who introduced us and showed us to our table. She provided a brief overview of the package we had ordered ''Afternoon Tea''. She mentioned that we can add a Beer or Prosecco to the order which we decided Beer would be great.When the Food came over shortly after sitting down we were introduced by Daniele who again greeted us with a big smile which allowed us to feel as though we were the only customers in the restaurant. The food was AMAZING and Plentiful, and began with savoury then followed with sweet.I will definitely be recommending Veeno to friends and family, Customer Care 10/10, Food 10/10, Cleanliness 10/10 & Location 10/10.Thank you again everyone at Bristol Veeno

A really vibrant and friendly environment. Good to book although the restaurant has many tables, so it is always good for that last minute decision. The food is served in a timely manner and is priced well with many food combo offers. Also, there is easy parking in the area which helps. I would recommend this venue.

We visited this restaurant last night. This was our first visit, yet we were treated as if we'd been going there for years. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was cooked to perfection. All in all a very nice experience which I would recommend whole heartedly. We will definitely be visiting again. If you're thinking of going, they are very popular, so I'd suggest you book in advance.

We had expected to be eating in our accommodation restaurant as it had looked really good but on arrival found it was not open so we managed to book to get into this place at the last minute! Glad we did, luckily there were only 2 of us as it was packed, and I think if more than 2 we would not have got in? A great atmosphere and the food and service was very good. Many people who came in were obviously regulars known to the staff which is a really good sign. If in the area again I would definitely go back.
