We stayed at Desenzano del Garda en visited Valeggio. We had an excellent lunch at this restaurant for a reaonable price. Good service, great atmosphere and fine wine (Lugana).For us reason to return for dinner and we were not disappointed. We had an excellent dinner. An absolute recommendation to pay this restaurant a visit when you stay at the south side of the Lake Garda. Just a short distance away from the tourist area you will be surprised by the kitchen of this relatively new restaurant (half year open).

Spinti dalle ottime recensioni decidiamo di visitare questo ristorante.Il locale è piccolo ma è la sua particolarità .Ottime le tartare ma anche il fritto e la paella.Da notare il sorbetto veramente buono.Rapporto qualità /prezzo molto buono.Consigliato.

Dinner at three during a local festival. We tried all the tortellinis available. The service was warm and smiling. An excellent evening that actually started by chance in the shop a bit further down the street and where they sell their tortellinis to bring back home.Thank you

This restaurant we picked due to good reviews on other sources. The interior looks a little dull, but the people working were very kind and although the restaurant had not yet opened we were welcomed in and served with some beverages. We had read that the Tortellini is great here, so we ordered that and have to admit that this was the best Tortellini I have ever had! It was fresh made with delicious meat filling ... just in one word awesome! As main course we had the steak and fish, both were also great. We just can recommend this place, and found it rather low rated to what we experienced. And as lots of locals popped in for dinner, this must be a good place (always a good indicator).

The restaurant is situated almost in the middle of the river. You can sit outside by the river or inside with air conditioning an no mosquitos! The menu is good value. There is a huge range of aperitifs and cocktails from â¬3-5, including non-alcoholic ones. We had the tortellini tasting menu. Portions are the perfect size to enjoy the food. The waiting staff are very friendly and spoke great English to me (and helped me when I attempted Italian!) explaining how the dishes were made. All in all a lovely evening.

I was with a group of 6 friends in Verona for three days and we were given a recommendation to go to Valeggio Sul Mincio for a nice dinner a few kilometres away from Verona. Went there totally unplanned and found this restaurant. The place is lovely, fresh and welcoming. The kitchen is great and the staff are ever so welcoming. The menu is well explained and the food tastes even better than it looks like on the menu ! And the desserts ...oooh, they are to die for ! Will surely return on my next trip to Italy.

If you follow the Mincio River south from Lake Garda, you'll come upon the small town of Valeggio. It's claim to fame is their 'Tortellini' - tiny little bundles of very thin dough, all made by hand, and wrapped around all sorts of delicacies and served either in soup or with a sauce. Remelli started off as a shop selling tortellini for home consumption, and then expanded into a restaurant. Today we had their sample platter which consisted of one or more of 6 different kinds of tortellini, depending on their size. The assortment of stuffings consisted of pumpkin with apple mostarda, brasato with an Amarone pasta, roasted duck with apple, spinach ricotta, porcini mushrooms, truffles - all tossed with sage butter. It's hard to go back to regular 'ravioli' after this.

We stopped in for Gelato, and found it to be ok. I would suggest reviewing the Gelato shop across from this one as there is more range on offer. The Bar provides other pastries and smaller meals and coffee.

Locale non grande ma ben disposto, servizio veloce e cordiale. ottimo menù con varie scelte sia di carne che di pizza. La pizza presenta caratteristiche particolari con ingredienti ottimi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio !!
