Coming back from visiting the volcano, we stop with my family for lunch. We sat outside under beautiful trees. The owners serve very kindly. The food is simple but amazing flavor. Congrats. Friendly staff, delicious homemade pizza, reasonable prizes. What more could you want? We got a large pizza and salad, and had more than enough for lunch the next day (we also eat a lot!)

Where to begin. You arrive at this new casino in the heart of Pucon where you would expect a great experience for the price you pay. But we were very disappointed. To start off we didn't get any bread basket to start, and we were one of the first tables that was seated for the evening yet everyone else around us had bread. We eventually got our bread basket after my mom asked for it multiple times, and not to mention it came after we were done our main course. The food was great, all around everyone was happy with all their plates. But I just couldn't bear to give them a better rating because we felt ignored the whole night.We weren't the only table that was visibly angry with the service. The group behind us had their dad waving his arms as if he was sinking in deep water just to get his bill. Eventually he realized no one was attentive and he, along with us had to walk up to the counter to grab a waiter to get our bill.I'm finding it hard explain how unhappy I was with this service without sounding like a complainer, but believe me it was that bad. There are plenty of better restaurants in the city to spend your money in, go there and enjoy your time in this beautiful little city. Stay away from Amura.

Este lugar es increÃble!! Nos habÃan comentado que eran muy ricas las pizzas pero de verdad que estaban exquisitas. Recomiendo la Tarantino. Las chicas y chico del local insuperables!! Un servicio excelente y los tragos buenÃsimos también, la caipiriña buenÃsimo y el mojito espectacular!! Y para cerrar un brownie con helado de vainilla totalmente artesanal. No te lo puedes perder!!!

We ate here once for lunch. We had one of their pizzas and salads, both excellent. The building is attractive and inside comfortable. The waitstaff was attentive and helpful.Prices are moderate for the Pucon area.

We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was at this restaurant ... gnocchi was delicious and salmon panzoti was excellent ... both decent sized portions too. Great table service and dangerous cocktails because they were so tasty we bought a second round.

We were lucky to get one of the last tables. The restaurant is a bit hidden. It was a perfect dinner! The service was amazing. We always tried to talk in Spanish and the service lady was totally helpful spoke extra slow for us to be able to follow and gave us a good wine recommendation.As an "Entrada" we shared a huge salad bowl together with fresh leaves. After that we ate Pasta on a really good sauce and a Pizza in a slightly unusual format (rectangular on a wooden board). All very yummy and as mentioned before the staff was super friendly!!Pricewise: it is definitely not the cheapest dinner you will eat. Most of the products are imported from Italy directly and the others from the region. We think it was totally worth it.
