We were tired of driving so got a room here. The people don't speak English but not a problem. Beds are hard, rooms dated - but clean. The surprise was the restaurant! Wonderful pasta, fish... very reasonably priced

Location che ricorda i ristoranti americani. Il menù presenta numerose scelte con vari abbinamenti. La signora che ci ha servito è stata disponibile e gentile. Gli hamburger erano grandi e mangiabili ma niente di memorabile. Le porzioni di patatine fritte le ho trovate assolutamente insufficienti e scarse. Il locale ci prova e visto che non si trova in una metropoli per certi versi ci riesce. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

We happened upon Al Cinghiale during a rest stop on our journey north. There was no menu, instead the waiter listed the first and second dishes. Several pastas and 4 or 5 meat dishes. We choose the lamb, scallopine and the pasta al ragù. All were very good. The lamb was excellent! All the ingredients were very fresh and the bread was exceptional (bread baking is a passion of mine). Excellent food combined with a beautiful ambiance, excellent service and an amazing view made for a wonderful lunch. And to top it all off, the price was very reasonable (especially considering the large portions). I will go out of my way to visit again on my next trip south.

This was our ideal stopover. A friendly familiy hotel with a restaurant that cooks locally produced food to perfection. This really is a family hotel and family life is evident from the minute you arrive. The children are as much involved in creating the lovely atmosphere. We stayed at the hotel to break our trip south. We ate lunch and dinner in the restaurant and were served up excellent meals both times. All of the food was locally sourced and prepared beautifully. Local artichokes, mushrooms home made pasta and cured game were accompanied by local wine that suited them perfectly. The menu was not extensive but there was plenty of choice and with absolutely no italian between us we relied on our hosts and a phrase book to make our choices. In the end I dont think it would of matered what we had chosen it would have been of a high standard. I cannot praise this restaurant/hotel enough. ctly

Lâ impasto molto tipo napoletano...ma gli ingredienti sono tutti genuini e della zona. Ho provato tre tipi di pizze tutte molto buone e soprattutto funghi porcini gigliati. Il servizio è coerente al posto...Consiglio un passaggio e preferibilmente in settimana poiché di sabato non accettano prenotazioni.

We often go this restaurant in this small town of gorgeous Valley of Diana. The Chef surprises us all the time with changing menu and each time we encounter more and more creativeness. Who doesn't admire creative cousin may choose among the delicious and interpreted local menu. The service is another great chapter of this restaurant, the sincere kindness and elegance can rarely be found in the highest level of city restaurants. I really recommend this experience to everybody, since the cost is not that high for such a level and soon I believe they will receive the second Michelin star!

We were driving from Amalfi to Tropea and decided pick a random place to eat on the way. How lucky were we to find this place and Elvira. What a wonderful woman. The food was fresh, organic, local and delicious. Please do not hesitate to go here. It was like visiting someone's home with a restaurant setting. We loved this place and still talk about it. Went there because we stayed in good hotel nearby and read good reviews on tripadvisor. We where not dissapointed ! Pizza s were fredhly made crisp in a woodoven and tasted delicious price for a whole pizza from 3-4-5 euros with good fresh toppings a real pizxeria to go to when youre in the neigbhourhood of polla the pizzeria has also meat and pasta and so on at the menu and was just of the autstrada motorway so a delicious stop here.
