I chose the restaurant due to one of the dishes on the blackboards outside. There are a few tables outside on the street and I got the last one. However when I came to order, the dish I'd wanted was no longer available, and I was surprised it was still being advertised. The steak tartare I chose instead was good, but I felt the staff were disinterested and I found it hard to attract their attention. In the end i decided not to have a main or dessert. If I were to return to Augsburg, I'd try somewhere else.

This restaurant is truly one of the most amazing and professional italian restaurants in Augsburg.Food is fresh and cooked to perfection and super delicious.The waiter patrick is above and beyond amazing at his job.They are super lucky to have such a professional and friendly with a smile waiter.Goes a long way for repeat custom! Great place with amazing wines and they will help you pick a wine that suits your meal .Just ask and they will give help you.It is not expensive and they have a super lunch menu too.On max strasse so only 5min walk from konigsplatz trams and buses.

We visit the restaurant during our travel in the Romantic German Route and all we four travelers decided to have a break in the German Cuisine and try a Italian food and I, as a contributor, chose the restaurant because of the scores here in TripAdvisor and also because it was only a couple of blocks from our hotel. The experience was fenomenal. The small, but charming place, with a modern decor, calls your attention while you taste a delicious tomato soup as an entrance. The main dishes were not different, with a lot of flavor and quite well prepared. I highly recommend the Gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce, the best so far I have ever had. The prices are absolutely compatible with the great food and the super friendly services. Definitely excellent restaurant and delicious food.

Also grundsätzlich ist das Lokal nicht in Bayern sondern in WIEN (Ãsterreich) und es ist nicht geschlossen, denn wir waren erst heute dort. Auf Grund der sehr unterschiedlichen Bewertungen hatten wir keine allzu groÃen Erwartungen und wurden dann doch sehr angenehm überrascht. Der junge Kellner war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam und alles was aus der Küche kam war gut. Man kann natürlich die fehlende Raffinesse bemängeln, sowohl bei der Zubereitung als auch beim Anrichten, aber die Qualität ist vorzüglich, angefangen beim Obst und Gemüse, bis zum Fisch und Fleisch. Die moderaten Preise ergeben einen zusätzlichen Pluspunkt.

Wir hatten einen Gutschein für 2 Essen, von denen das günstigere aufs Haus gehen sollte. Das Restaurant macht von auÃen einen unscheinbaren Eindruck, ABER INNEN - wunderschön und mit Stil eingerichtet, kleine, gemütliche Nischen, sehr sauber, hell und einladend. Wir hätten auch im Freien essen können, unter groÃen Marktschirmen, zogen es aber vor, im Lokal zu bleiben. Unser Kellner war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, unaufdringlich, aber immer zur passenden Zeit zur Stelle, es gab keinerlei Wartezeiten. Der Service war einfach nur perfekt, auch die Zusammenarbeit von Kellner und Küche. Dito die Gerichte. Wir haben ausgezeichnet gespeist: Cordon Bleu, frisch und appetitlich gefüllt, perfekte Pommes mit einer Portion Ketchup, dazu reichlich taufrischen, knackigen gemischten Salat mit Balsamico-Essig und eine absolut RIESIGE Meeresfrüchte-Pizza. Letztere war üppig mit Meeresfrüchten und Käse bedeckt, knusprig und aufgrund ihrer GröÃe nicht zu schaffen - wir nahmen den gröÃten Teil davon mit, schön verpackt in einem stabilen Karton. Auch unser Gutschein war willkommen und die ausgezeichnete Pizza ging somit aufs Haus. Unser Fazit: Wir können das Restaurant Milano vorbehaltlos empfehlen, es passt rundherum einfach alles.

Decoration. Typical Italian restaurant. Service. Mostly Italian speaking waiters. They left me with the impression that they were moderately interested in their job. Food selection. Standard Italian card & nice to extra optionsAs an extra I got a bruschetta with tomato. Nice gesture however toast should be toast. Starter. Vitello tonnato. Not bad at all but to much tuna dressing for my taste. Small mixed salate in between. Without any fantasy. Room to improve. Portion to big for small salad. Main dish steak with white truffle. Medium rare. I ordered medium. White truffle is a nice add on for sure however it should be clear ahead what would be the price. Dish-plate was not warm which meant dish went cold. Vegetable and potatoes without fantasy. Portion side fine. Coffee. So so. Why average? Price quality out of sync. Especially when there is room for effortless improvement. I'm also staying at their hotel and the price quality of single room with breakfast is really fine. So potential room for improvement.

The pizza is made on a wood oven, and tastes really good. I had a marvelous fruit cocktail called Primavera. The desserts were also very good, and the service is great!

Wirklich schwierig etwas in der tristen Gastrnomiewelt von Gersthofen zu finden. Ein Sonnenstrahl ist da dieser unscheinbare Italiener mit frischer hausgemachten Pasta und knuspriger steinofenpizza
