On the up side the staff is friendly and the drinks are good. Unfortunately the food was not that great. The sizzling prawns were just ok. The veal had the taste and texture of an old steer. The sauce was an unbalanced amateurish attempt at a very simplistic butter caper sauce. It did have olives which was a nice touch but not enough to save it.

I downloaded TA just so I could leave this review. This Cafe is the best! It's a nice little sanctuary on the busy streets of Kuta. The interior is well decorated and the low lights are calming (good for hangovers.) The food was excellent. As good as you can expect from a cafe in the west/Australia. The prices are very reasonable. The Cappuccino I had was the best Coffee I've had in my entire month in Bali!!If you want a western style breakfast, this is exactly what you're looking for.

Did not end up with any good experiences the last few trips when I got the drivers to recommend sunset seafood dinner at Jimbaran. Relied on TripAdvisor's reviews this time round & visited the highly rated & recommended Bawang Merah Beachfront restaurant (against my driver's wishes)!!! This restaurant is situated just next to Ibiza Beach Club (very cool & funky) & quite away from the crowds. There were about 10 to 15 tables on the beach front which was pretty cosy and not overly congested, perfect for my family dinner. Pricewise I won't consider it cheap, but the group of 4 adults & 1 toddler, we had the Royal Family Honeymoon package which comes with a large lobster (at least 1 Kg), 1 large grilled snapper, calamaris, 8 large king prawns, 8 clams & 4 juices for about IDR 3 million (inclusive of taxes). Food was very presentable & sufficient for us and we found the seafood delicious. No complaints this time round as the price was agreed with Mr. Gede upon ordering & the food delivered was up to expectations. A good experience finally...

the cuisine offered by this restaurant ranges from the Italian to the Australian, serving just Indonesian dishes. excellent quality of meat, Australian Angus and not only. compared to the others it also has a decent wine cellar. for those who like to eat pasta, I can confirm that it is delicious. recommended.

We are staying in the adjoining hotel Ramayana hotel, and have used the restaurant almost every night, itâs romantic beyond belief, surrounded by ornamental waterfalls and tropical plants, the food is typical balanes fragrant and reasonably priced, the staff here like the hotel is just amazing, they just canât do enough for you they make you feel very special and welcome itâs up there with the best, highly recommend we had a waiter called Mahdy who was so nice and very professional canât recomend this place enough!!Dear stephen a,Warmest greeting from Gabah Restaurant Bali.Thank you very much for reviewing us on TripAdvisor ,Your comment is really appreciated detail and professional. I've become bored with Italian food, but on our last night in Kuta this restaurant looked romantic. Magnifico. I'd forgotten how much I did enjoy Italian food. We had a tasty brochette starter, I had the lasagna-excellent, my wife had the penne carbonara-also excellent. Lots of cheese and sauce as it should be. All served hot and delicious. We had a very nice gelato banana split as well. Their house Two Island pinot noir was quite good too. Good service and a very enjoyable dinner. We ate here on 3 different occations in a 7 night period.This place is off the beaten track and only small.Compared to most places we ate, this ws really cheap.We had the nasi goreng and the mei goreng - amazing!!!!!!The only 2 downsides were that the wifi was slow (which i suppose isnt the end of the world) and on 2 occasions, service was slow. But the food was soooooooo good.

Really nice hotel restaurant by the beach. Great food and drinks, funky vibe to it.Our waiter Ugix was so attentive and welcoming. Great place for families, couples, friends to hang, has nice private romantic table with candles on the beach too.
