You can find it if you google. In Tournai
Simple restaurant on the beautiful main square in Tournai (btw, shame it is used as a parking lot!). I was there with two friends, we took three mains, and I tried them all. Spicy shrimps (erroneously listed as "Scampi diaboliques") and carbonnade were good, but the best was a tender and juicy beef fillet cooked "saignant" comme il faut. We also had a good bottle of Bordeaux at a reasonable price. On the minus side, restrooms could be cleaner, and the service is a little too much on the basic side. So I give three "bullets".

My first impression was: Interesting food, generous portions, variety of colors and nice presentation. However my second impression was that there was a little bit too much of mixing, borderline case really. In a way, tastes are overwhelming in its variety which makes you feel that you actually no longer know where one taste ends and the other begins. However, tapas are great. Le Chef is very creative I must say.Restaurant is interestingly decorated, terrace is by the canal and quite plain, but quiet and comfortable for brunch. Place is quite popular. Servers run but only two of them obviously is not enough during lunch time and in average it takes them 1 and 1/2 hour to serve you. Real slow food, not so rare in Belgium. Prices are moderate.
