I had a business dinner there. The buffet was too limited with very less choices of main dishes. Appetizers were limited too. The only good dish was the desert plate Umm Ali. Stayed in the hotel and was encouraged to try the C-Taste restaurant for dinner. Glad I did, I ordered off the A la carte menu as it was a little before the buffet opened. Had the soup of the day (black lentil) which was delicious, followed by the grilled Norwegian salmon, also delicious. Was greeted and looked after by the manager, Firas, and waiter, Mustafa, both of whom could not have been more helpful or friendly. Thanks guys!

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jeddah. Our room has been excellent with courteous, attentive hotel staff. We dined at the hotel restaurant; âAl Ferdausâ and the service was 5Star! The Matre âD; Belal Hassan and Khalid Umar were fabulous! They treated me and my wife as though we were their personal guests. I would highly recommend a dining experience under their care. They are a great credit to the highly professional staff here at the Intercontinental Hotel. We look forward to coming back to Jeddah and staying here! We were 3 guys went on Thursday night for a business dinner with guest from Spain, the buffet was excellent, they served seafood dinner including lobster, shrimp & fish along with made to order food. The staff were professional and helpful, price was reasonable. I highly recommend it.

i always like to go to this restaurant. you can buy meany products from there not only food, like meat, oils and sweets.when you go there you can see the chose salads and meat or fish behind the glass. it is already cooked and they can heat if for you with your choice of rice or spaghetti. i honestlly found the meat a bit hard or over cooked so i always go to the fish area and get fresh fish. i recommend the salmon, hamor and fish shawerma ( this this is amazing ).

My husband and I came here for dinner. The service was friendly and attentive. We shared the sea bass over saffron rice, the mixed grill, and the red lentil soup. Everything was delicious and portions were just right. At the suggestion of our waiter, we washed our food down with peach iced tea, a concoction made from brewed tea, a touch of vanilla, sugar, and mashed up peaches from a can. It was delicious and I will try to replicate it at home.The restaurant itself was quite cold (as in temperature) and sterile (as in decor) but that didn't detract from the experience.
