This cozy cafe, with indoor and terrace dining, is located on Veemarktstraat, near the market square in Breda. Their specialty - tostis! A tosti is similar to the French 'croque monsieur' - 2 slices of bread, with fillings between, toasted or grilled. A delicious 'toasted sandwich', great for a light meal or snack.Here you'll find mouth-watering tostis served by friendly staff. Their eye-catching, unique menu stands out. They offer a wide choice of tosti fillings (both savoury and sweet), different types of bread and sauces, hot and cold beverages as well as dessert. Further, they offer vegan tostis (a plus for vegans and those looking for a vegetarian alternative). Personally, I enjoyed their chicken tex-mex wholemeal bread tosti served with sliced cucumber on the side accompanied by truffle mayonnaise sauce. A crunchy crust on the outside with flavourful fillings - definitely a temping treat. Helpful staff, nice atmosphere. An interesting feature is their tosti cellar/basement. Guests will find swings for those who want to try a different type of seating. We choose this restaurant after good Tripadvisor reviews and because its menu looked more interesting than most. I started with the Thai salad and then had the lamb. My wife had the monkfish as a main course. All the food was light and imaginative. The monkfish being particularly good.

Meneer De Boer is a Breakfast all Day type of place in a gorgeous monumental building, but we also welcome you for lunch! Enjoy our wonderful coffee and tea. Our various breakfasts, soup, salads and 'uitsmijters' are delicious.

This place is small so be prepared for a queue to be seated but it's worth the wait.The coffee is so tasty and the food is perfect, as well as being presented cute!We were greedy and ordered eggs and bacon, grilled ham and cheese sandwich, pancakes and french toast - all were so tasty!! The orange juice is freshly pressed but unfortunately not cold.If you visit eindhoven, you must eat here for a great meal. There are board games too as well as super friendly staff. Amazing experience!Thank you so much for this wonderful review. We are so happy that you had a good time. We have a reason for not cooling the orange juice: the taste is far more richer. Did you ever try the difference? If you still prefer cold juice then let us bring you some ice. Everything can surely be arranged for. We hope to welcome you again with us in the future!!!

Off peak Roosendaal can seem very quiet, almost ghost town like. And then you are surprised by all of the energy emanating from Cafe Lente and you simply can't walk by upon first encountering it. It seems that everyone in Roosendaal wants to be here. The delicious food was as expected. Why else would all of these people want to be there? The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. The decor was a bit Modern Chic mixed in with Mother Earth. The two lunches that I had here were delicious and well priced. Although I never tried it out myself, whenever I passed by at high tea time the cafe was bursting at the seams so that too appears to be worth a try.
