Read good reviews about this place so decided to give it a go, and we weren't disappointed. We cycled there so arrived at the possibly rather odd time of 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. The lady was having a sit down in the sunshine and greeted us with a big smile and hello, and couldn't have been more helpful. I had the veggie option 'The Nuts' - beetroot burger, halloumi etc - very nice indeed. Hubby had a standard burger I think, and said it was lovely. Nice glass of wine, soaked up some sunshine, very unhurried and enjoyable. I would say the only downside is that it's on the main road, with quite a bit of passing traffic, but it's set back a little so you can ignore it mostly. Would go back again with the kids to try the milkshakes or breakfasts.

My brother and I found this restaurant by chance as we were traveling along the A120 from Stansted to Colchester. My brother requires Gluten Free food and the manager went out of his way to ensure that he had various dishes that he could make gluten free! The food was perfect and there were a lot of dishes that were slightly different and unusual than the normal indian restaurants. Cobra beer was on draught and the prices were very reasonable.Definitely will return again. The waiters all made us feel very welcome.Well done, Waduds!Thank you for the kind words. The lunch menu is comprehensive and tasty. A small hiccup with a plate of food was brilliantly sorted out by the duty manager. Then get knowledge of beers was demonstrated and ended with a complimentary gift wrapped bottle!Service with a smile and left us saying we will return.Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your review. Went to the White Hart for a father's day lunch and had a great experience, the food was excellent, my two young grandsons were very well looked after as were we all. Great food, great service and very reasonable prices.
