A very interesting building with large support beams that gives it a rustic feeling. The menus for breakfast and dinner looked interesting and would be worth a visit at a later date. I imagine it would get very busy later in the year. There is garden seating and a new covering is being built. A minor point is for staff to chat up the customers when they come to pay their bill. It may encourage them to come back.

My brother and I found this restaurant by chance as we were traveling along the A120 from Stansted to Colchester. My brother requires Gluten Free food and the manager went out of his way to ensure that he had various dishes that he could make gluten free! The food was perfect and there were a lot of dishes that were slightly different and unusual than the normal indian restaurants. Cobra beer was on draught and the prices were very reasonable.Definitely will return again. The waiters all made us feel very welcome.Well done, Waduds!Thank you for the kind words. My son and daughter in law suggested we visit for lunch, we were not disappointed, family friendly establishment (twins aged 1 in attendance) the staff could not of helped us more well impressed good range of beers some lesser known brands, being a wine bar extensive range, food cooked to perfection two of us had roast chicken two had beef plus all the trimmings, all in all a good experience
