We were here for my birthday last evening, a big loud group of 12, The food was really really tasty. I recommend the Grilled Feta... It was super yummy!!! The service was really warm and nice and they really made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

Close to our home the Meta, previously called Basil's, is a place that we enjoy to visit for fresh fish. Typically you get best value when opting for individual fishes for each one of you. In the summer one can also fine outside in the street. Watch out though to pick a table in the Büchsengasse rather than the Platzgasse because for the latter you have to put up with the football watching louts from the neighbouring bar. Overall a recommendable place.

We haven't been there for quite a while, due to moving away from the area, but the restaurant is still as good as we remembered it back in the days. The service is super friendly and quick and all the food we ordered was plenty and tasted delicious. They even have some options for those who don't like garlic and have to join because the rest of the group wants to have Greek. Great location in the heart of Ochsenhausen and plenty of parking behind the restaurant away from the main street.This restaurant is a must when we are in the area, so we can only recommend it.
