Wenn man gute Gasthaus Küche mag ist man hier richtig. Kein Schnickschnack auÃen rum. Gänsebrust oder auch Rehbraten. Regional und wirklich gut.

Das Essen war hervorragend. Zu Beachten ist das es sich nicht um ein Lokal im klassischen Sinn handelt. Man kann dort zwar essen. Das Raumangebot ist aber sehr eingeschränkt. Normalerweise bestellt man vor und holt das Essen dann ab (Transportfähige GefäÃe am besten mitbringen).

Sehr schön angelegter AuÃenbereich mit Bachlauf, modernen Lichteffekten und ausreichend Sonnenschirmen.Leider mussten wir diesmal etwas länger auf unser Essen warten. Es hat sich aber definitiv gelohnt. Der Burger war saftig und angenehm scharf durch die frischen Jalapenos. Die Schnitzel waren ausreichend groà und fingerdick mit knuspriger Panade. Dass uns normale Pommes statt der Süsskartoffelpommes geliefert wurden, ist entschuldigt durch die schnelle Nachlieferung.Wir kommen wieder!

Went out with local German work mates who had booked a table in the garden - temperatures were 30+ degrees first weekend in September - I had a wonderful steak with herb butter and saute potatoes, vegetarian had fried sheep's cheese salad - it was truly amazing - lots of hot melting cubes of breadcrumbed cheese - we all wanted it. Salads were enormous , the turkey salad was so large it was tumbling off the plate. Others had schnitzels which we equally good filled with 2 layers of meat and any mixture of other tasty fillings. We had many beers and shandies to cool off and wash the food down the total meal was 108 euros for 6. Would thoroughly recommend and you can pick up great icecream 3 doors down on the way back to the car ! Tip..... try the local beer its worth it , also the hazelnut icecream

Man sitzt im Klosterhof sehr gemütlich in Nischen und die Küche ist ausgezeichnet. Es wird, glaube ich, von der Oma gekocht. Das schmeckt man auch. Die beste Küche weit und breit.

Wir sind einige Male aus geschäflichen Gründen in der Gegend und haben hier gegessen. Super Preis / Leistung. Immer ein nettes Wort, freundlich und eine gute abwechselnde Küche. Was will man mehr. Und ein gutes Bier zu einem sensationellen Preis gibt es noch dazu! Immer wieder gerne!

Man vermutet es ja nicht, aber hier gibt es auch Thailändische Gerichte! Natürlich wird auch Fränkische Traditionskost serviert, aber uns hat die ferne Küche gelockt.Dem Gemüse sieht man förmlich die Frische an, es ist super knackig. Bisher haben uns alle Gerichte auf der Karte überzeugt - wir sind aber noch lange nicht durch :-)Wir kommen bald wieder!

We have enjoyed lunch at Karolinenhoehe on several occasions when visiting relatives and it never fails to disappoint which explains why it is always so busy so booking is advisable. This time, on Easter Monday, we had beef and boar with the deliciously famous dumplings and salad. The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff are always lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend.
