This restaurant is right on the Dutch border with view across to the baroque church in Zwillbrock. We stayed in the Kaminzimmer, which is cosy and has a nice fire place (hence the name). The food is very traditional German, we enjoyed the game in particular. The beers are great and the service is quick and friendly. I can imagine that the beer garden would be very popular in the summer.

Nice, authentic restaurant. The area of the bar is the most atmospheric. Main food is the schnitzel. You can get these from 250 grams up to 5000 grams XXL. Unbelievable but true. The schnitzel is good but the rest of the food is no masterpiece but certainly worth a try.

Counter-intuitively what you would expect from the neighborhood this restaurant is a âhidden championâ for sure! Amazing menu, surprising creations, paired with awesome wines!
