Dilijan (Armenian: Դիլիջան), is a spa town and urban municipal community in the Tavush Province of Armenia. Usually called Armenian Switzerland or Little Switzerland by the locals, it is one of the most important resorts of Armenia, situated within the Dilijan National Park. The forested and reclusive town is home to numerous Armenian artists, composers, and filmmakers and features some traditional Armenian architecture. The Sharambeyan street in the centre, has been preserved and maintained as an "old town", complete with craftsman's workshops, a gallery and a museum. Hiking, mountain biking, and picnicking are popular recreational activities.

Next to the bus station, this unassuming restaurant has fantastic food. We ordered many dishes, enjoying each one immensely. The menu is quite extensive. Our favorites included khinkali (Georgian soup dumplings â eat like a local: add butter and don't eat the tip of the knot), khachapuri (flat bread with fried egg and cheese), solyanka (beef and sausage soup), mushrooms in a clay pot and ostriy (beef and wine stew). The server was extremely patient and helpful across the language divide. Highly recommend.

Just OK place. The food was of average quality, fish was terrible... The territory not big, you'll get bored very soon. They have some animals so it would be interesting for children.

It is an interesting building - used to belong to someone who was supposedly beaten up in his own house by someone legendary (hence the name 'Legend'). Food was poor and rather expensive (horribly expensive for what it was). Visit them if you like your food next to spider-webs.
