Very nice small family restaurant.pleasant atmosphere and the tables are bautiful seted.the menu was small but good team up.this shows that the food is fresh.the preis is a little bit expensive but it wotht it.the service was exellent!our waiter offered for us wine which is fitted to our food.we got some starters on the house.bread with honrmade cottagechees.this is a very good gesture.the portion is very large.very yummi taste.so just one word:very good!we really enjoed our visit in this restaurant.

Beim einckecken im Hotel gegen 14:45 haben wir nach einem Restaurant gefragt. Die Rezeption hat uns da hin gelotst da durhgehend gekocht wird. Wir wurden nett und rasch bedient. Gäste kamen dann nach und nach. Viele Wanderer. Die Karte ist nett. Das Haus ist die Orts-Muehle und auch so eingereichtet. Mann kann auch assen essen.Parkplatz vorhanden. Daneben gibt es einen Wanderpfad hoch zur Gondel-Stelle. Haben 50 Min gebracht und sind 5 Min vor der letze Gondel angekommen (17:00 anstatt 18:30 wie im Orts-Fuhrer angegeben) Vor dem Losgeben täglich prüfen.

We had a terrific meal here, on the recommendation of a local. This dinner was our bright spot in between lacklustre offerings in Hamburg and St. Goar. The restaurant uses local food, with local game featured. That said, they also have vegetarian offerings (and I believe I saw at least one vegan dish, as well). It's traditional German food, but prepared with care and creativity, with careful thought given to sustainability. The wine list is good -- a good number by the glass. The service was also attentive.
