Impromptu visit to this delightful pub. Hadn't booked a table but they managed to squeeze us in and on Thursday Steak night. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Great service, fantastic atmosphere. Great selection of drinks, 0% San miguel which was a nice change for the designated driver.Top tip...highly recommend.

The Coach and horses is a really cosy old inn. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and warm. The food was really good and JOY they had an excellent vegetarian and vegan menu. Brilliant.Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Needed to have lunch at a pub that had outside amenities. The George has !!! It was a lovely sunny dinner time perfect to sit out in the fresh air to enjoy the weather with our two dogs. Plenty of seating here , looking onto a lovely stream, a childrenâs play area should you need it for your kids. The £10 meal on offer had both the starter and main we would have chosen and thatâs what we plumped for. The mushrooms starter was delicious with some lovely sides, followed by a thoroughly enjoyable gammon meal. Two starters and two main meals which were terrific and all for £20. We will be going back, thatâs for sure.
