Très bon restaurant, bons produits goûteux avec une garniture variée. J'ai pris un très bon crab cake (un peu épicé), très bonne viande de porc, mon amie a pris une terrine de gibier aussi bonne qu'en Bourgogne et un très bon caviar de saumon. Nous avons bu un bon vin du Chili. et pour couronner le tout personnel très sympathique franchement ce restaurant est une perle.

Bobovore would be a wonderful restaurant in any major city in North America. Great food, lovely service, romantic, warm interior. We shared some great plates: the terrine inspiration du chef was wonderful, the rack of lamb simply outstanding, the venison equally great, and the creme brûlée and mi-cuit au chocolate desserts lights out. And given the quality of the food and drink, it's priced remarkably well. Note that the pricing on the menu can be a tad confusing -- for the price listed for each plat, one has not just the plat, but a choice of entree, potage du jour, dessert, and coffee/tea. Which makes this one of the best fine dining values in the universe. And the wine card is excellent and equally extraordinarily priced. (A bottle of very good Chateauneuf-du-Pape for $65C? Yep.) In Chicoutimi, it's an extraordinary find. Do not miss.

We were referred to Bistro by our B&B owner and it was a perfect night. We sat outside and enjoyed the game of trying to pin down the menu on our waiter's iPad (whatever) which kept floating away from us. Finally we had a superb meal. David, our waiter, was great. Discovered a gin from Quebec that we liked a lot (Ungava). This place looked like the best of several restaurants on the same street. Driving around Quebec and stopped in Chicoutimi to see the Maison Blanc that survived the floods. Anyways found this little place and decided to show up. Didnât have a reservation but we were early enough that they seated us. The restaurant did fill up so make a reservation if you want to get a table. We had the Bretzel crusted salmon - just beautifully done- and I started with the green salad with chef dressing- so tasty!! My husband had the legume soup also very good. Everything is freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. Staff attentive even though they were so busy. Definitely recommend for a tasty dinner out!! A surprise find!!

I canât help confirming what other fellow citizens already noted. Maybe one of the best quality pizza I ever had in North America. I would go out for such a pizza even in Italy. Very good dough, properly cooked, good ingredients like fior di latte, bufala campana and pomodoro San Marzano. Of further notice, the good choice of international and local craft beers and, last but not least, a honest bill. Strictly recommended!Thanks a lot for such a nice review ! We appreciate a lot !
