I am a real burger lover and always try to find great burgers everywhere i go. I saw this place and read some good reviews so i knew i had to give it a try. The menu looked great with a lot of options but the burger i had was just ok and the bun was especially terrible, it was too dry and fell apart after 2 bites. The price is very high and it doesn't even come with fries, i really think it wasn't worth it and i dont recommend it at all. It seemed to me that they really try to make food that would look good on Instagram instead of good quality burgers which is a shame. 80% of our Burgers are priced between $7 and $14 which is NOT expensive, it is about the same price as the Carls Jr Hamburger Chain or other restaurants in Jaco. Here are some FACTS for you.... We offer the Biggest Burger in Costa Rica, the Hottest Burger in Costa Rica, the Most Expensive Burger in Costa Rica, the Tallest Burger in Costa Rica, the Most Exotic Burger in Costa Rica and the Meatiest Burger in Costa Rica and one of the Largest Burger Ranges in Costa Rica with over 37 Different Burgers on our Menu. Our meat is fresh 100% Prime Beef supplied directly from a farm that raises grass fed animals, our fish was swimming on the ocean yesterday, our Buns are custom baked Artisan buns with potato and butter to our own recipe that we bake fresh every day in the restaurant, the cheese is delivered fresh from a farmer who hand makes it 15 km away, the salads and vegetables are delivered fresh every day and are of the highest quality. The sauces are handmade fresh every day using natural ingredients by our chefs. Our business has been Rated #1 in Costa Rica by customers, food experts, chefs and international food critics because we really care about the quality of the food we serve and the service experience of every customer. We have also featured on Costa Rica TV multiple times and in the media with very positive reviews. We could have saved you a few dollars on your burger if we used low grade frozen meat, second grade vegetables, factory mass produced dry buns, artificial cheese made in a machine, and plastic bottled sauces filled with preservatives but our customers prefer quality and freshness over price and as a business we wonât compromise on the excellent first rate ingredients we use because we believe our clients deserve the very best. If for any reason your not 100% happy with anything on our menu, just advise our staff and we will change it or remake you a new one at no charge.

We were in Monteverde only for 2 days and we enjoyed our meal so much the first day that we just had to go back for lunch the next day. The chicken was tasty and succulent, and the portion size generous. We could see the chickens being roasted on a spit in the kitchen. Raulitoâs versión of chimichurri sauce went very well with the chickenItâs a really casual place, with high chairs at the counter, or a couple of tables at the side. Excellent value for money. It was about CRC 2,875 for chicken with one side (options of papas fritas, arroz or pinto). I had just the chicken with a tortilla and thatâs about CRC 2,300. Service was prompt and the owner, Señor Raul, is really friendly. Totally recommend if you are looking for a tasty, no-fuss meal.

We checked at the menu and there was nothing similar to any taco I ever had in Mexico.We asked for a beef taco and we were really disappointed. The tortilla was not corn, which 99% of the tacos are, the toppings were actually better even though nothing special.

We found this by accident, and we were glad we did. Amazing tacos that you get to custom make. Being from San Diego we have amazing Mexican food, but the meat here at Taco Joint blew us away. Everything tasted good. We actually got to meet and chat with the owner for a bit. Excellent service, excellent food, and good vibes. Pura Vida

Are here 1 night on a visit to monteverde and we were very impressed. Had the shrimp pasta and tuna steak with vegetables which were both amazing. Shared the tres leches cake to finish. An excellent meal and the staff were very friendly. Best food on our trip.
