When someone says " no onion " they mean no onion. The level of disrespect and arrogance it takes to completely ignore a customers requests is disgusting and the audacity that this business has to do that to a customer is appaling. You have lost a customer.

They are the fastest drive thru in town for breakfast hour. Great service always friendly. Food is always hot and doesn't taste dried out like its been under a heat lamp for hours

Ordered the Big Crunch Combo. Fries were fresh and had that nice KFC flavouring. The Big Crunch was a different story. The chicken part was great, hot and crispy but the bun was compressed against the meat. For the 6.3 seconds it was on the chicken and wrapped in foil and handed to me, how on earth worth it get smashed? Tasted fine but they shouldn't get so angry with their buns.
