Right in the middle of dinner the band strikes out and the vocalist starts the routine of getting hotel guests onto the dance floor. The fact that the hotel restaurant also caters to non-guests seeking a peaceful evening meal doesn't seem to matter.We skipped the more expensive choices on the menu because of the spelling errors in the menu that didn't feel added the reassurance we needed. Instead we went for the burgers, which were in fact quite good and well prepared.The service was prompt, but the atmosphere was a disappointment.Maybe because we went there for dinner and not in our swimming trunks...Just like a *** rated, 1500 room hotel on Gran Canaria. Complete with screaming, jumping, unmanaged kids.

Stora pizzor är oftast positivt. Men när det blir för mycket deg så blir det fel. Tog en av de dyraste med oxfilé och gorgonzola. Smaken på köttet var som okryddad dålig gris. Osten kände man inte alls. Vitlök stod det i beskrivningen, men den lyste med sin frånvaro. I övrigt inga smaker eller kryddor överhuvudtaget. Allt bara torrt, fult och äckligt. Men man borde förstått. Alltid när en krog får upp blinkande färgglada neonlampor samt bilder på menyer så förstår man att man riktar sig mot analfabeter som måste peka på vad dom vill äta. Lider med Backarydsborna som blivit av med en helt ok bykrog med fullständiga rättigheter och istället fått detta bottennapp utan en droppe procentdryck. Någon skriver att kebaben är bra. Jag är inte sämre än att jag kan ge stället en chans till och då just för kebaben, men pizza blir det aldrig mer. Och levererar man inte kebaben så har dom sett mig för sista gången.

The place is could be better if they could make the total experience more satisfying. When you leave the place, your first thought is "where can we have some pizza" - still hungry after. The taste of the food is okay, but the price for the portions you get is to high.

Vågade oss in till Ronneby för en lunch då vi ville testa efterträdarna till Ronneby Café & Matsal. Samma höga kvalitet och bra service. Dessutom väldigt prisvärt. Rimmad torsk med vitvins- och pepparrotssås smakade utsökt.

Absolutely charming. Cosy with beautiful interior. Lots of windows to enjoy the fabulous surroundings, the sea, small dock etc. Service is excellent and food is responsible. We had a wonderful dinner with the family and everyone enjoyed.

If you visit Ronneby you should try this place located in the old Kockums' store. Try the lunch menu which is varied and delicious. They cook different dishes everyday that range between swedish traditional cookery and international food. They offer special thematic food days. Totally recommended.
