Cozy restaurant in Stolberg just outside of Aachen. Lovely dining at well appointed tables in an "old world setting". Very attentive service & creative cuisine. I have dined here at least 8 times & have never been disappointed. Ample parking. Outside dining if weather OK. Reasonably priced 3 course lunch menu. Excellent coffee- hard to find in Germany. Big wine list for such a small operation.

If you're in Aachen or Eschweiler try out Sylvino. Great service and great food (Flammkuche) at a more than reasonable price. We loved it !!b

Schönes kleines Cafe um zu frühstücken oder mittags ein immer frisch zubereiteres Baguette zu genieÃen. Die Besitzer sind immer guter Laune und freuen sich über jeden Gast. Wir gehen sehr gerne dort hin und genieÃen das gute Essen.

If you're the type that likes 'old fashioned German food' eg schnitzel with pommes and vegetables, and furniture that hasn't been replaced since the early '80, then you might want to consider. We were here for a birthday last year which is the only reason we stayed... In all honesty, the food wasn't bad. It's just not what we normally eat and like

Wir waren in Eschweiler , um ein Open Air Konzert auf dem Markt zu sehen . Um die Zeit zu überbrücken , sind wir zum Griechen gegangen . Wir waren positiv überrascht . Für die 3 Festivaltage gab es eine extra Karte , die recht umfangreich war . Die Preise waren ok , man wurde nicht wegen der Konzerte über den Tisch gezogen . Obwohl das Lokal voll besetzt war , war das Personal sehr nett und auch schnell . Das hat uns überzeugt .

Trotz guter Belegung kümmerte man sich um mich und besorgte mir sogar noch einen Platz auf der AuÃenterrasse. Das Essen war lecker und die Bedienung war aufmerksam!

Wir wollten am See lecker was Essen. Doch von dem Essen waren wir total enttäuscht. Wir hatten den Salat mit Hähnchenstreifen für 13,90 und ne Pizza Margarita. Die Pizza war soweit gut. Der Salat war für den Preis ne Frechheit. Kopfsalat mit 1 Tomate und 3 Hähnchenstreifen find ich für knapp 14 ⬠völlig daneben. Das Dressing hats nicht rausgehauen. Der Rest auf der Karte ist ebenfalls sehr hochpreisig. Verstehe die Preiszusammensetzung nicht. Seeblick hin oder her, hier handelt es sich ja nicht um Saint Tropez, sondern um nen Baggersee. Die Punkte gibts für die freundliche Bedienung.

To us, this is the best Portuguese restaurant in the west of Germany so far. Service, food, surrounding... Just nice!Not only is the building hidden in a small village, but also the restaurant is hidden. But then the doors to this nice large yet cozy place opens.We had an Oecherdeal.de coupon which included a 3 course menu, allowing us to try different things.

Typical pseudo-Italian fare, of good quality and good portion size. Plus points are the English-language menu and the staff who are generally excellent.I have had trouble getting their card machine to accept UK credit cards.
