we arrived one afternoon on the island at a hotel away from the town. Having read the guide book about the town we were expecting something very different to what we found. Everywhere seemed very Vietnamese (no bad thing just quite intimidating for a novice traveller). We stumbled accross Bar200 just when we were about to go home to the hotel and order room service. There was an English menu, english speaking staff and a fairly western menu. Not really what we should have done but on that day we needed it. The food was wonderful and the staff kind and welcoming.

Nghia, a former 5-star chef, recently opened his own restaurant. Excellent cuisine, the noodles are homemade, the salads and herbs grown themselves. What comes along as a typical Vietnamese street kitchen, is simply the secret!

We came two times to the Restaurant because it was so tasty. Everything is cooked freshly the Pizza is homemade and really good. Also the Burger was great. Nice and cozy location, great service and so friendly stuff! We would definitely come again!!
