a wonderful, historic location (it is a medieval castle) surmounting a hill over a river, best view ever. The food and drinks are excellent and a superb atmosphere. Very good service and the personal is very attentive, friendly and uttermost professional. The new manager (Baron Thiemo v. Creytz) came to say hello and showed us all the beautiful historical banqueting rooms. A great weekend there.

Bei schönem Wetter ist das Restaurant etwas überfordert und auch von der eigenen Logistik ausgebremst. Im GroÃen und Ganzen ist alles okay, aber das Restaurant hat dennoch mehr Imbisscharakter.

We saw good recommendations on trip advisor and wanted to go but when we got there it seemed like something was off, it's in the middle of an industrial area. However when we looked through the windows and walked in it was amazing! Don't get thrown off by the surroundings, it's a great restaurant that is absolutely worth the trip! We had great evening, amazing service and the food was more than delicious!

We ate here twice. One a buffet where everything was very good. The staff the first time spoke okay English. The second time we used the menu which they do not have in English and the waitress spoke little to no English. We took a guess on the menu, which was very large, but we got two excellent meals. The wife got the goulash, and I had the veal snetzel. Worth going back. Love the old time "cellar" feeling of the building which is part of the Old Town Hall.
