Tavern Bielief offers decent lunches and dinners for a very good price. In summertime you can sit in a garden terrace but they have a very accommodating greenhouse too. Simple food, vast choice and everything well cooked. Vast variety of beer and wine.

We decided to have dinner here before hitting the airport. It was a good decision. Service was pleasant and efficient. Great atmosphere. The food was happy mix. Local interpretation of dishes but well presented and good to eat once you except the quirky add ons. Classic Belgian dishes on menu as well. We will be back to try them out.

I liked most everything about this place. It is set up in a beautiful country home with a well tended and fitting garden. It was a little rainy to explore that night but it was obviously well carded for and one could see the herbs. We had a shellfish soup starter that had a bit of bit in the light cream sauce but was a nice complement to the mussels and prawns. The main curse was a halibut toasted brown with a mustard sauce and was delicious. There are some very nice tables in a sun room off the back looking into another garden that you should request if available. Worth the drive from Lueven.

very good restaurant, maybe the choice on the menu isn't that big when you don't like to eat fish, but still, better not a large menu and bad food than a smaller card en really good food ! They also have a menu every day, really cheap and really good !

Even though the restaurant was not particularly crowded we had to wait an hour to be served lunch. Nice interior and plenty possibilities for outdoor seating, the waiters are very professional and friendly (well done!). The food is good but "middle of the road".

Like to bike, walk or just dine, all is possible before you go to the Bistro. It"s an honest cuisine, not to fancy but some things taste better than at a Brasserie. Go check it out!

former old farmhouse converted into trendy restaurant. The young team of managers /waiters gives an excellent and friendly service. The choice of dishes and specialities changes from time to time and all dishes are of excellent quality and cooking. The seating is excellent, especially the terrace in summer. Located in the middle of a quite former agricultural area, now a high level villa park. Very recommended.
