This restaurant was for a long time the best place to eat good in Penza.In the late 2014, this position made the chef start not cooking good and the service got worse.The opening of a new high level competitor made Zaseka work hard on service and food quality.Although it still doesn't reach this new competitor, it's a good place to go. Especially while you need space and have children walking around.In the summer, it has an amazing outside platform to receive you and you can profit from its also amazing typical architecture.
