Delicious coffee (I had Filterkaffe), very nice, cozy place, good prices. I didn't try any cakes nor food, but it all looked delicious and lunch offer seemed good.

Wir waren schon mehrere Male dort. Das Essen haut mich nicht um, aber das Ambiente ist wirklich toll. Als wir das letzte mal dort waren, war es Nachmittag. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Umso erstaunter war ich, dass auf dem Boden so einiges herumlag, was man mit einem kurzen Griff hätte beseitigen können. Die Deko (falls überhaupt vorhanden) inkl. Speisekarten lag auf vielen Tischen leider unordentlich herum. Auch hier hätte man mit ein paar kurzen Handgriffen für ein einheitliches und ordentliches Bild sorgen können. Der Service war freundlich wie immer.

I am so excited to have this (relatively) new cafe in Monheim. Not just because it is finally a decent cafe in town, but because it is a truly wonderful cafe worth making a trip for from other towns. I have to admit I haven't tried the cakes yet, but they look wonderful and as the other food I have tried has been excellent, I am greatly looking forward to trying them on my next visit. I have tried two of the breads with topping and they were both creative and delicious, as well as being big enough for a satisfying lunch -- big enough to share if two people have a light appetite. The place is beautiful, full of crafty/funky artistic touches. It is friendly and welcoming and unique (offering craft classes, for example) and has good coffee as well. What more could you want?
