Iâm not going to lie to you. I wasnât a fan of scrabble before. I tried it when it just opened and wasnât impressed. Fast forward a year later and Iâm hooked on their avocado toast. It comes on brown bread, perfectly ripened avocado, fluffy scrambled eggs and garnished with scallions cut on the bias. I ordered extra toast and cheese on the side. Their coffee is amazingly good. The barista clearly knows what heâs doing. Moreover their staff is ultra friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is bright and airy with a whimsical kitschy shabby chic theme. I wish theyâd have more baked goods to go with coffee: muffins, cakes, cookies, scones etc.

I had high expectations as the place is really outstanding in Istanbul , here the decoration and style is the same however food quality taste is really needs major improvements itâs too oily and meat is of cheap frozen quality. Donât recommend place overly priced with poor value

Had seen the grand decor of this place a number of times, so decided to try it out. Ordered a couple of cappuccinos which tasted like coffee flavored water. Extremely disappointed with the taste keeping in mind the comparatively higher prices of the food items. Would suggest avoiding this place if you are looking for good coffee!

So I was there yesterday with my friends. Not a lot of people before 4 p.m so it is the best time to be there. Seats are comfortable, the place is quiet. We liked it there, ok this was our 4th time at café bene and we like their cold coffee and their teas. We will definitely go back every now and then.

This is our favourite French cafe in KSA! From the ambience and setting to the top quality food and outstanding service - this is a top notch cafe/restaurant. We reserve it for special occasions rather than our regular joint. Went for breakfast a few times but need to try out the lunch and dinner menu to see if they remain consistent. Quality coffee (machiatto & cappuccino) with quiche epinard; Madame crocque (must try); and French waffle. Greg juices also good. Splendid! Not really cheap about 200 SAR (£40) for two.We sat outside this time because the weather was very pleasant and not too busy although as we were leaving the place became packed.
