Place is good for taking snacks and drinking beer in pints, with large parking, near to the city center.Service is fast, friendly and kind.Interior is simple and typical pub, nice place to meet business partners during the day or friends in the evening.

Devo dire che ho conosciuto questo locale da appena due mesi e mezzo e in questo lasso di tempo ci sono stato ormai ben cinque volte. Una volta noto per i suoi aperitivi da relativamente poco tempo (ci è stato detto circa un anno) si è buttato sulla carne alla brace. I tavoli destinati a questo scopo sono pochi, per cui è praticamente indispensabile prenotare. Una gentilissima e quanto mai competente signorina accompagna i clienti al tavolo. Dopo consultata la lista illustra gentilmente e sapientemente i vari tipi di carne. Ormai noi sappiamo di ordinare tagli diversi in modo che si possano mangiare circa 400grammi di carne a testa, che per noi che non siamo grandi mangiatori, risultano più che sufficienti. La carne viene servita già tagliata, con a fianco i relativi contorni (già compresi nel prezzo) e con 5/6 tipi diversi di sale per insaporirla a piacimento. Ottima la birra e vasto l'assortimento di vini. Buonissimi i dolci. La carne tenerissima si scioglie in bocca. Suggerisco di provare almeno tre/quattro tagli.....In particolare tenerissimo il ragno e la picanja che raramente si trovano così teneri. Prezzi, considerata la qualità , più che abbordabili.

We tried three traditional Italian pasta dishes, and all were very good, and very large portions, too! Carbonara, penne with gorgonzola and radicchio, and pasta vongole. The vongole was a bit too salty, otherwise perfect!

Finally a real steakhouse in Udine. Large selection of meats, good wine list (a little overpriced) and impeccable service. If you want to eat the best steak in Udine this is the place.

Invogliato dai commenti positivi, con alcuni amici abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante, avendone provati parecchi in regione e fuori.La carne è sicuramente buona nulla da dire, il locale è carino anche se un poâ troppo in penombra per i miei gusti. Il prezzo è troppo alto, il proprietario presuntuoso, i contorni scarsi, non tutte le carni presenti sul menu disponibili, dipingono un quadro con più ombre che luci. Ovviamente come sempre si tratta di un parere personale

As a true customer of this restaurant, I made sure to enjoy a meal here during my first evening back in the Friuli region. I was on my own, but the staff kindly had arranged a table partner for me, who was fluent in English - a very pleasant surprise! It was Friday evening, shortly before Christmas, and the restaurant was bustling. I had a T-bone steak which was great - grilled on the great, centrally located, open fire ("fogolar"), of course. I'm looking forward to the next occasion!dear Mr,many thanks for your writing. It is the best compliment a customer can make for us . if you want a nice reastuarant, with waiters in uniform, warm light and design furniture FORGET IT. if you want to have GREAT meat, cooked on the grill this is the place. the restaurant is furnished with motorbike and car memorabilia, nice place to have a dinner with friends (maybe less with a girlfriend...). the meat is alwys wonderful, for really cheap prices... but the seats are few, so booking in advance is a must.
