My wife and I, visiting from London, and our younger son had a delicious, fresh and really fulfilling meal here on Diwali night, 27/10/19. I cannot praise this place enough. Fresh and âhomemadeâ and that too with a very friendly service. Only 4 tables but these proved to be adequate. This place is just at Exit C on Huaqiang North Station - come out, go left and left again, basically in the same block. Really worth a visit. The best hot pot chain in China, with amazing staff and very high quality food. If you've never had hot pot before, this is the place for you to try it. This location is convenient to the Convention Center metro station, just keep moving up to the fourth floor of the shopping mall. There is one elevator and two groups of escalators to get upstairs. For wheelchair access, there is one elevator to go up to the 2nd or 3rd floor, then go over to another elevator to get up to the 4th floor - as there are a few stairs to navigate from the first elevator if you go up to the fourth level directly.There are many choices of the hot pot soup, and the items that you put in to cook. Ranging from beef and lamb meat to other, more adventurous choices. The dong dofu (cold tofu) is quite a flavorful treat once cooked, along with many vegetable choices. The menu is on a tablet, in Chinese, but the staff will help you order, just take your time to make sure you get it right. Reservations are strongly suggested, their app is helpful for this, but is also in Chinese only, though easier to figure out than many others.

During the day, the food options are delicious. The curry especially is delicious. Service is great. At night, a live band plays. The performers are very talented and lively. However, it's very tedious with the same exact music every night. I wish they'd switch it up a bit. Hi there, so happy to have your positive review and constructive feedback. Actually we are always trying to keep our music up-to-date and exciting for the wide range of customers that come through our doors every day. Having said that, it is indeed a challenge to avoid repeating some of the songs that people request. Next time you are here, if you would like to hear a particular song, please make a request and if you think of a good choice for our band to learn, feel free to give us your suggestion(s). Service was literally the best I have had anywhere in the world. Staff were very attentive. The food was great (I tried about a dozen or so different items) and I really enjoyed the plum juice. Do note that everything here is in Mandarin, fortunately the ordering is done with an ipad that has pictures. The prices were quite good.

Let's start with the positive: the restaurant sits on the 95th floor of one of the tallest buildings in China, so the view is wow. The restaurant is well arranged, the food is well presented...The negative: food is just average, choice is quite abundant but the taste is very average.A few examples, limited choice of sushis, the quality of the bread is sub par for a hotel/restaurant of this category, the duck rolls were average.All in all, quite disappointing with regards to the value for money. It is an expensive buffet at CNY 598.Maybe do less but better?

As a Paper Tiger, this Restsurant looks good and the food looks good too. What is missing is the taste. I agree that the food looks like a 5-star Restsurant, but where did the taste go? Things are very under-seasoned and bland to the extreme.There is a good selection and the artistic element is top notch. However, there are many things missing to make this place worth the extremely excessive price tag. The advertisements show nice thick charcoaled steaks (as an example). What you get is very poor paper-thin cuts of inferior meat that resembles a microwave dinner.The Seafood was ok but certainly not exceptional and the Japanese sushi and sashimi just fell apart and had no flavor.We were really disappointed with this buffet (especially at an extremely excessive price) and went out for local food afterwords.I am sorry to recommend that you stay away from this venue for breakfast and dinner, since we felt totally violated and underwhelmed. Of more than 5,000 restaurants rated by travellers (like you and I)... this is top rated!! What many find very attractive are the remarkable lunch and dinner buffets... which offer one choices based on what you see and smell! This is very important if one is not experienced particularly in Asian and Chinese cuisine. In addition, one can arrange the "pace and timing" of the meal-- be it leisurely to limited by time. If one is more interested in "a la carte" dining--- this too is offered. The kitchen staff as well as those waiting/serving are very well trained and motivated-- and this enhances one's dining experience.
