Service very poor. Waited well over hour for food. Had to wave someone down to get more water etc. Deluxe burger without bun was dry burger on lettuce with couple pickle slices and slice tomato. Had to go to counter to tell waitress burger very dry with nothing on it. Offered to bring condiments over. When meal over no offer of tea, coffee desert etc. Spoke to customers beside us who had never been to Kamloops. They said they waited hour and half for meal and the chicken tenders were still frozen on inside. It was our first time there and had brought out of town family. Very disappointing is an understatement. Will not go back .

A dish called "chicken cob salad" was inedible. DRY deepfried hunk of chicken breast, over-spiced slivers of tortilla (?) chips, very uninteresting lettuce . Not at ALL like a Cob Salad which is one of my favourite salads in most restaurants. There was a double piece of paper towel about 1 1/2 by 4 inches in with the boring lettuce. Server (nice fellow and a good server) was apologetic and the shift manager assured me that my meal was paid for by them. He took the paper towel away and explained that the kitchen uses those, rather than spinners, to dry the lettuce. My partner's spaghetti and meat balls was very short on sauce and dry and tastless.We are big fans of White Spot, and decided as it was a holiday, the chefs were absent.

Family of 4 with one vegetarian. Great choice of food and good vegetarian selection as well. My daughter was really happy with her vegetarian options and had a smile on her face while eating. They have great steak and burgers and enough of selections for whole family to be happy. Coming back here for dinner as everyone enjoyed it

Kamloops is a little sparse on restaurants and most are chains, so Earls's was the place to go for us, and it turned out good.The food was good, the wine was good, the ambience was excellent, and the service excellent. There is not much choice in Kamloops, so I think we did well to come here.I would consider it a safe bet when all around is Chinese food with no alcohol and the ambience of Burger King.For chain food it isn't cheap, but it's about as good as it gets in Canada.

Stopped in for late Dinner, great server, decent table. The menu is as huge as Boston Pizza's more like a novel. Had the wings for an app which were good and priced well for Appy hour. Both had the Sirloin Oscar, one 6 oz., one 8 oz. both were "taper-done" where one end is done right, the other end is done wrong. Very chewy, tasted like they used to be frozen, and poorly cut. Didn't bother re-ordering, as it wouldn't have been done before they closed, just chewed our way through it. Had Rocky madness for dessert, which was good, and huge so best to share it. Bathrooms were dirty with a fair bit of paper lying about, over $100 for the two of us, steaks were a bust and not good value, for the cost of the bill. If we go next time we will order the other casual fare, just not the steak.Thanks for your review, I'm sorry we missed the mark in the details for you this visit. we had not been here until shortly after they opened. We sat on the patio this time. Nice and quiet. Compared to inside. I find it noisy , like Earls. This time the food was fab- u - lous . We shared the Dynamite Rolls . Very Tasty. We shared the Chicken Ceaser Salad. Very nice. We ordered a side of Garlic Bread. We had cocktails to start with. He had the Mojito and I had the Signature Cocktail. Very good. I think the prices for drinks and food are very competitive. The service was spot on . Our male server was great . The place was pretty darn busy too....and they still pulled it off. I will go back and try other things. Lots of parking too. My wife and I came for breakfast on a Monday morning. I ordered a make your own omelette. It had Mexican chorizo which is made in house and absolutely delicious. The other two fillings I had were brie and spinach. The potatos were cooked to perfection,so nice and crunchy. It was really a great breakfast. My wife had a vegetarian omelette and everything was fresh and cooked perfectly.Thanks so much for taking the time to leave your wonderful review

Thanks to tripadvisor we found this gem of a place in Kamloops! Despite it being close to 2 pm and the restaurant was fairly full, we ordered two traditional breakfasts, one with fried eggs and one with scrambled. It didnât take too long for our meals to be served. Both types of eggs were done to perfection and the portions were generous. The bacon was crispy and tasty, the house potatoes had a spicy coating which was yummy and the slices of delicious, multigrain toast was a great addition to an amazing breakfast.The staff were very friendly and we will definitely visit again if we find ourselves in Kamloops!Would definitely recommend Hello Toast
