Das Calimaro ist ein kleines italienisches Ristorante vor den Toren Ansbachs. Dort gibt es nicht nur Pizza, sonder auch Fleisch und Nudelgerichte.Im Winter wird gemütlich mit dem Kaminofen geheizt.Zur Lage: Mit dem Auto etwa 8 Minuten von Ansbach entfernt, Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.Zur Pizza: Pizza ist bekanntlich eine Glaubens- Geschmacksfrage. Ich liebe sie mit einem knusprigen dünnen Boden mit reichlich Belag. Wobei schon der Teig wirklich Geschmack haben darf. Deswegen fahre ich zum Pizza-Essen immer wieder von Ansbach nach Windmühle, denn innerhalb von Ansbach habe ich "meine" Pizza noch nicht gefunden.Die Preise sind für Pizzen in Franken normal. Es gibt neben Pizza auch noch Fleisch-, Nudel- und Fischgerichte Dazu kommen wechselnde Tagesgerichte je nach Saison.Leider gibt es keinen Lieferservice, aber man kann alle Speisen auch Mitnehmen.

Great place. Good atmosphere. Off the beaten path with home made pasta and a unique small menu. Great soups. No kids menu but they can through some pasta on the plate with tomato sauce for the 4-6 year olds.

Staff was nice and the food was fresh. Really enjoyed our meal and had a great laugh. The setup was modern and the decor was very nice. There is great parking right next to the restaurant and real easy to find. Had a very fresh pizza and my children had spaghetti. Very good meal. Recommend Recommend Recommend.

Several of us went to dinner and the food was served attractively, everything was fresh and delicious. There was a nice selection of fish, veal, pasta, pizza. The dining area was attractive and airy. It is definitely on our list to return.

This is a nice little restaurant in the Ansbach Altstadt. The proprietor is very friendly and always remembers us when we come. The pizza is by far my favorite in Ansbach--made with high quality, fresh ingredients. My husband loves the pasta dishes as well. We never have to wait a long time for service or our food.

Excellent Italian food, could not finish! Huge portions, friendly service, overall great experience. Limoncello is nice touch at the end of the meal! We had to-go boxes for two of our four diners. Would definitely return. Reasonable prices. Don't miss the ravioli ala Enzo!

Food here is good - I've tried a few of the pizzas, which are thin, Italian style and super tasty, but my favorite dish I've had here was the butternut pasta. So good! Everything is handmade with love and the perfect spice. Owner speaks English and other languages and is welcoming and thoughtful; you almost feel like you're in your neighborhood joint with friends.

Consistently great food. Whether home made soup with warm bread on a cold day, a hearty beef steak or a fine pasta Rossano's never fails. If you want a quiet dinner reserve times when the restaurant first opens. Delightful atmosphere but it gets crowded and loud. Reservations recommended as this is a popular place.

To realize such mistakes - which, we are happy to say, do not happen very often - each guest receives a computerized invoice with all positions to doublecheck. Fortunately you recognized the wrong position immediately and you received a new bill before you payed. We would be delighted to see you again in our house.
