Reviewed By rleNewEnglandWe only stayed one night at this property and it was very nice. It had the best shower during our 2+ week vacation.....hot and lots of water pressure. The staff was great and helpful, even with my limited Italian. Breakfast was on the simple side, hard boiled eggs, pastries and such, although the staff offered cheese and salami. We were able to park our rental car for 7 Euros directly in front of the cafe. This area of the city has several piazzas and their Ponte Vecchio is a structural feat. (It was under renovations during our visit, but still lovely.)

Our guests can conveniently park outside in our spacious private car and coach park, or in our small, covered garage.
Dated and lacking in atmosphere
Reviewed By 591nickyjI was here just a couple of nights on business and while my stay was fine, the room large and comfortable, the place is sadly lacking in atmosphere and drab is the word that comes to mind. While I don’t expect Italian breakfasts to be on a par with a full English, I do expect that a four star hotel to have decent ingredients of good quality. This was not the case. Rotting pears are not an atttractive sight at breakfast time and the same bowl appeared three days running! Cheese and ham of budget quality, as were the yoghurts. This hotel needs to do more to satisfy 4 star customers.

We were greeted with fresh fruit and drinks in the hotel room, along with a bottle of Prosecco in the Spa! A romantic afternoon, followed by an incredible dinner. The food was excellent--super light and romantic. The young chef also came to greet us at the table and served us a dreamy dessert. Safe to say the hospitality was impeccable! Highly recommended. The price you pay is totally worth it for the experience you receive!

Reviewed By Pizza64My family stayed in the apartments at Agriturismo il Magicorto while we were visiting relatives in nearby Bassano and Cartigliano. The apartments were spotless and had new amenities. There were picnic benches so we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful, peaceful gardens. Breakfast was provided and cooked each day with fresh local ingredients and was the best breakfast we had in Italy. My grandson still talks about the scrambled eggs! There were cakes at breakfast too but that's what they do in Italy - so we ate them. And they were pastry chef standard! Lots of local shops nearby to buy food if we wanted to cook. A short drive to train station to catch the train to Venice. The hosts were the nicest people in the world and went out of their way to make our stay something wonderful we will remember forever. (And we needed that at the time for other reasons.)

Just outside of the old city wall
Reviewed By MnNanookWe were on a self-guided bike tour and the bike company booked this hotel. Located just outside of the old city wall, it is a brief walk to the covered bridge. The hotel and the rooms were dated but clean. Rooms were small but adequate. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic. The hotel was located well for exploring the city. Bikes were stored in a secure parking garage just an elevator ride to the lobby. If in the area again we might try another hotel, not because this one was bad, but we may want something a bit more interesting.
